So I took my son and daughter there for classes and to sign up I love it here .. these wonderful ppl allow us to come and get insight and learn everything there is to know about the industry. It’s fun and it’s cheap .. my daughter feels very comfortable around Thomas and she usually don’t feel citations men that are older then her but she is so comfortable with opening up in his class .. my son loves coming here. We love the relationship we’re building with them here .. And Alma well maybe she isnt a ppl person but she is professional. She was very nice and welcoming to us and has since been .. not all of us like kids so I get it and not all of us have communication skills to speak to each person I know because that is how I was ..Other then that she is a very good photographer and this studio is very pleasant to be around ..my son loves coming and working his Thomas and we love it too so we will continue to work with them no matter what ..and sometimes ppl don’t get the parts to certain movies or shows because they just don’t have it ..a lot of ppl get into this industry because of the $$ my son don’t care he just wants to have fun and I feel like that’s what matters .. because when we have fun it comes naturally. If you got it you got it if not then you just don’t ..but I’m glad I chose to come here and work with these two because there so amazing ..I love love love this studio..thank you Alma and Tommy for being so supportive and great ?

Every single time I call no answer (I tried daily). After many attempts over a few days I received these texts from the number.

I loved my time with in the moment acting studio, everyone was kind and attentive. I often think about returning, at times and very well might do so.

Called to ask about classes and to meet the instructor and the woman receptionist was extremely rude, said I was wasting her time. She certainly was not going to waste any more of my time! Steer clear and save your money. Sounds like a scam to me.

The school is great. A teacher with many acting experiences, and teaches you the meanings and tricks of becoming an amazing actor. The kids I also went with are so respectful and patience, I grew confident and friends. Now you’re probably wondering why I’m rating this one star. Well it’s the disgusting mannered woman when you call the studio. She’s so bitter and disrespectful. I’m no longer want to attend classes here because of this woman, I don’t even know her name which I’m glad because I’ll forget about this rude manner woman easily but after seeing this and other bad reviews about this woman. This woman should be fire from her job.

I tried to call and ask about classes and the woman on the phone was just awful! Incredibly rude! they don’t want your business try somewhere else! Update the owner posted lies after reading my review. I never asked for anything free ever. I was told by the extremely rude receptionist That 6 was fine to enroll she was just extremely nasty about the entire process. Never mentioned sit ins never asked if my child could read. Get your facts straight.

This review is based on my personal experience at ITM Acting Studios. I've attended this class for approx. 1 year and I can say with a clear conscience that the instructor, Tommy and his partner Alma, have been very unprofessional. The scripts he gave us to study are hardly legible, poorly printed and covered in some else's hand writing for some reason. He openly ridicules his students in front of others and uses humiliation tactics to exercise his power. He charges students to attend his class and takes professional head shots. What he won't tell you is that he changed his title to Acting Coach instead of official Agent so he can still charge his clients for lesions, regardless if the book gigs or not. In the end he still gets paid regardless if you succeed. He's a hustler. He name drops celebrities that he does not know to make himself sound bigger then what he is. The studio itself is outdated and has very limited space. I advise any new actors or actresses to strongly consider another place to hone their craft.

My girls have been going to this studio for several years. They are always available for questions and have gone above and beyond to help. My girls have had some amazing opportunities thru this studio.

I want to start with saying the instructor was a very nice welcoming gentleman. I had called and inquired about my 6 year old attending the 6 week sessions since they mentioned the age is usually 7. The receptionist said that she needed to ask then puts me on hold, returns to let me know it will be okay for her to come try it out, and if she is a "fit" she can enroll. I arrive to the Tuesday evening session for kids and ask if my daughter wasn't a "fit" would I be able to get a refund. The instructor mentioned of course we can work it out. He asked me to proceed upstairs and sign up. When I proceed to their office I am rudely greeted by the receptionist. I'm assuming might be Alma, given the other reviews on Google. She kept interrupting me, talking over me, and not listening to what I was asking. Which was if my daughter wasn't a "fit" would I get a refund? Obviously not for the session she did attend, I completely understand that fee is earned but the remaining 5 weeks she would not attend if she wasn't a "fit", would a refund be issued? She again spoke over me and said "No, refunds"...continued to argue with me while giving me dirty looks. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Moral of this Story is...this seems like a nice studio but I can see why people would not trust having their kids in a studio with such negatives vibes.
