The rooms are clean. The breakfast is fine. The internet was mostly unusable, and the TV in my room didn’t work most of my stay, despite my reporting it to the front desk.
It’s a serviceable hotel, but one of the less impressive Hyatt Place properties I’ve stayed at.

The hotel is quite dated and would benefit from renovations. The front desk was nice and helpful. The breakfast could have some variety every other day.

The hotel is quite old and definitely worn, but the room was very clean and overall acceptable. The price was great — fairly low — and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The service provided was excellent, and we appreciated that breakfast was included. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and it made for a great start to the day. The staff were always polite and eager to help, which made a big difference. Despite the hotel's age, we left with a very positive impression overall. The hotel is in need of renovation.

It's nice don't get me wrong but not your typical Hyatt as far as standards go I guess. And the area suggests otherwise I think . But I'd stay here agian.

Staff was friendly, but overall the hotel was quite old with dated rooms and very slow wifi. Did not get any sort of refresh in the room between nights. I would expect more for a Hyatt location.

BEWARE OF ROOM 603!
Arrived to the hotel 2:50pm (check-in at 3pm) and didn't have a room ready. That should have been a red flag. After some conversation "Manager" magically finds a room available (603) and we check in. Upon arriving to the room and attempting to enter the door handle breaks. We walk in and immediately smell a musky nasty smell. After a brief look around we quickly realize why this room was magically available. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Disappointing Hyatt stay.

The hotel was fine, typical Hyatt Place. The breakfast wasn't as good as most. The eggs were cold and tasted like powder. The pool looked nice. The hotel is right by Ontario Mall so there is plenty to do within walking distance. Then there was an issue with checking out and obtaining a receipt. Their system was down and we were told we'd get a receipt when it came back online. I had to call 3 days later to get a receipt and they said it would be sent after the call. Two days later, still no receipt. Eventually the app had the receipt added about 7 days later.

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. The room I got was really, really loud. Right next to a major freeway and across the street from jackhammering that continued past 9:30 at night. They were kind enough to move me to the other side of the hotel but beware this possibility. Breakfast was good but no one was there to fill up water and coffee when it ran out. They also charge $50 at check in which you don't get back for 3-5 days. I found that strange.

The hotel is good! The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is beautiful! The staff is polite and attentive.

The room I stayed in was dirty and I was bite twice On different legs I noticed poor cleaning from the maid long dark hair strand on my pillow ,stained couch dirty rug with old crumbs and food. Just an over all bad feeling in the room and they lock u in with no available fresh air the window won’t even crack open it’s locked and sealed shut!!! Don’t be fooled by its fancy building /well this was my experience anyway

The room is clean and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. Recommended.
They give you water when you leave, and the breakfast menu is varied.

The hotel is a little tired, but it's perfectly okay to stay. The room is really big. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very nice.
My reservation was screwed up. Bree in the evening and the assistant manager in the morning were super helpful to sort it out.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The were three hour items. It's made up by the decent coffee.

Functional and would stay again if I needed to be on this location. Didn't prepare what I called ahead for. Rooms are fine but not great for this standard.
