Absolutely the worst!!!!! "YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME" And if you decide to go her.. definitely stay far away fro. Ngoc Tran Ta!! This was my Son's 1st experience doing his taxes as an adult.. he warks for a great company!, is a col graduate, and is in grad school.. this lady did not complete his taxes.. said this is an estimate.. of what it would cost without telling us any of his information and then said she would not do anymore work because it "would be a waste of her time"" A waste of her time!!!! Doing taxes is literally her job!!! And how could you turn to someone on there 1st experience and tell them its a waste of there time!!! I have never been so insulted!!!! Do not go to h&r block They do not care about their clients. They think its a waste of there time!!! Management did nothing, district manager has not called or responded!! I wish i could give negative stars
