“I enjoyed my stay at Spring Hill Suites , the room was clean and decent size. The staff were professional and helpful. Despite being close to the airport we never heard any planes from our rooms. I wish there were more restaurants close by but a short Lyft ride isn't too bad to get food while staying here. Would stay again.”

“The nicest staff. Especially the night receptionist & the manager. Very friendly, very accommodating.Also, the Happy hour from 5pm-7pm, how generous that was! Thank you!I almost forgot, the breakfast was top notch. Toast your own bagels, get a delicious omelette with any ingredients you want, good coffee/juice, etc.All fresh!Rooms: Are okay. “Notice they dont comment on my review. They now have a different mgr. I a tually went to see about the situation anxiety still is outrageous..gave her my number said she look into it and give me a call in a week..been 2 weeks now and nothingThought things were fine loved the place and people thought I left on great terms until trying to get a room for my husband so he could meet the people who worked there that I like . I was shocked when found I was put on a do not rent list and when inquiring I asked to talk to Mgr on site but was told nobody knows why come back on a Tues and talk to the gm . I honestly went back to my car and cried and then the embarrassment of telling my husband ..stayed w my little 4 pound esa Mr itsy bitsy . I'm not a trouble maker or overly loud, I smoke but never in a room I leave the room clean my dog was well trained so no potty accidents, they had my ca4d on file so if there was an incidental charge they could've charged me. I'm still shocked and embarrassed to go back to talk to the gm..but I need to so I can clear up any misunderstanding or whatever the issue was. Even typing this I have a tear dropping down . I wish they would've at least called or emailed or told me the half dozen times I stopped by to say hey to the friend I made her and her husband both work there great people. A lot of the airline people fell in love w Mr itsy bitsy he was the little greeter .So embarrassing to talk so highly of a place w no clue that feeling was not mutual. Wish someone could've confronted me I'm sure it's a misunderstanding or wrong person . Haven't stayed at a best western since, and I honeymooned at a best western. So it really hurts 15 years of traveling different states and I had 2 favs Yuma az and ontario mills mall ..Now I have this in my anxiety and ptsd memory to deal w..”

“What do you look for when you check into a hotel? Probably these things... 1. Is it clean? Yes, the hotel itself was clean from the lobby, to the hallways, to the dining area, to the room. Nothing creeped me out, nothing felt dirty, and that's all I need. 2. Is there free parking? Yep, plenty of it and they'll ask for the make/model of your car when you check in at the front desk. 3. Is the bed comfortable? Yep! I slept like a damn baby in my king sized bed with nice linens and comfy pillows. 4. Any extras in the room? Yes there are. A microwave, a coffee maker, and a fridge are included in the room, mine at least. 5. Do they have on-site dining? No... well, kinda. They do host a continental breakfast in the lobby. Don't be fooled by the Cinnabon station. That was no Cinnabon. Some form of a cinnamon roll, sure, but definitely not Cinnabon. If you're looking for an affordable place to sleep with a bit of freeway noise, this is your place. If you're looking for luxury and excess, this is not your spot... hell, I don't know if Ontario as a whole is your spot for that.”

“10 min from the airport, with complementary shuttles to/from. Free breakfast from 5-9 a.m. The rooms are dated, but clean. If you want a room that faces the inner courtyard, ask for an even numbered room. The nearest coffee shop is a Starbucks about 0.5 miles away. There are sidewalks if you want to walk to it.
Rooms: Dated furniture and decor, but clean and smoke free
Walkability: Not a very walkable neighborhood, but there are sidewalks and some restaurants within walking distance.”

“I stayed at this hotel for a business trip last weekend and although there was a mix up with rooms, the hotel staff and the director of front office ops work with integrity and compassion. It means a lot to me. The rooms were nice and clean, I enjoyed my time at the pool and I love that there is a balcony attached to my room. My stay at the doubletree was a peaceful one. I look forward to staying at this location again.
Food and drinks: The food was pretty good. Get the wings!”

“The hotel is quite old and definitely worn, but the room was very clean and overall acceptable. The price was great — fairly low — and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The service provided was excellent, and we appreciated that breakfast was included. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and it made for a great start to the day. The staff were always polite and eager to help, which made a big difference. Despite the hotel's age, we left with a very positive impression overall. The hotel is in need of renovation.”

“So I found this motel 6 on Expedia and it is probably one of the more better motel 6 is I have stayed at when you come in they treat you like family not customers housekeeping always make sure the rooms are exactly as they should be and they are quick to help you if you need anything so I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area come show them some love”

“Great value stay. Only issue was their $50 deposit policy. My car was in the shop so I renewed day by day and every day was an additional $50, but the previous deposit wasn't returned for DAYS. I ended up with $150 on hold!”
“No airport shuttle is my biggest gripe. Everything else was awesome. Hotel room even had jets in the tub. $10-14 lyft to the airport one way. Reservation agent lied about 24 hr shuttle service but the hotel still gave me an upgraded room for My troubles. Would stay again. Staff members were very kind and very pretty ?”
