Hongda & Gil Tax Accounting has been prefect for the last 3 years when I changed to their business. I'm the one that always does their taxes at the last minute. Hongda is very professional and gets them completed in time. He now does other family members and friends. He will be a valuable member of any financial team.

Today was tax day or as I have been referring to it for the past week, dooms day. However, Hongda and his team were absolutely wonderful and save me so much money this year in taxes. Unfortunately, I still owed a bit but saved roughly 7k in taxes as quoted by Turbo Tax. I also got a small refund from state which I was also told I may owe on Turbo Tax. I'm so happy I found this tax and accountant business on Yelp. The reviews were all reassuring and accurate. Money well spent and I look forward to forward to returning for years to come. Our tax guy of over a decade had retired; didn't know where to turn. Luckily I found Hongda through Yelp with stellar ratings. Hongda was efficient and professional AND he got us a return for the first time in many years! Definitely found our new tax guy!

Hongda Fei and his staff provided excellent service in preparing our 2023 tax return. It took Hongda less than an hour to complete our tax return with outstanding result. Hongda has been my tax person for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable and helped me with questions and concerns about my business entity tax filings. Also they offer Very convenient options to do taxes over zoom or phone if Im not available to go in person. I think they're fees are reasonable and not too expensive unlike other tax places that hires seasonal employees with no accounting background.

i have good experience with Hongda, i filed tax with Hongda this year, as i 'm still in process getting divorced with my ex husband, the tax filing process kind of complicated this year, me and my ex's medical insurance was still combined, Mr Fei explained the percentage how each person file seperately and suggested that i need to talk to him about this, i was so against talking with my ex after we broke up and he saw it and helped me with patience contacting my husband to clarify everything, this really showed his confident and proficient with his knowledge and spirit.

We were there for two years and we have had problems with both returns. Due to their error, which they admitted they made, we were told by the IRS that we needed to pay around $4,000. That year we got money back and when Hongda saw the error he made, he said that we just pay it as there was nothing he could do because of the error he made. We ended up sending the info back to the IRS and it looks like that they will not be collecting on that. We would have ended up paying 4 thousand had we listened to him, instead we got a reprieve. The second instance was when the former company I worked for didn't send me a W2 for the sick leave I earned and we called Hongda for help. His response was to just pay it. They don't guarantee their work. They just do what they need to without double checking their own work. We will not be using them again and will opt to spend more money one someone who can do a better job the first time around.
