1/10/24: I had a light warning about my lights and the delaer once again was able to get me in the same day. They took care of my honda accord and as always excellent customer service by Antonio Martines, he was very professional and kept me updated and all the work they were doing. Also pick up my car at the end of the day was so easy. IF YOU HAVE A HONDA I WILL RECOMMEND THIS DEALER THEY ARE EXCELLENT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. .yes, Dealers are expensive but you know you are getting the best service by professionals working on your honda card. I am very happy everytime I come here for service. Everyone from the service staff is professionalThank you Antonio Martinez for all your help.

BY FAR This by far has been the WORST experience I've ever had at a dealership. BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE. DO NOT, by any means, go to this dealership. THIS IS A WARNING. STAY AWAY. I'm going to say this again. DO NOT, go to this dealership. Go to any other Honda Dealership. This one is an absolute JOKE. I have financed over 20 cars for my business and this BY A LANDSLIDE, was the biggest joke of a dealership. You WONT be treated well, you will be SCAMMED and they will lie to you. They will NOT HELP YOU. They will rip you off and take advantage of any knowledge you don't know.My brother recently leased a 2024 Honda Accord. The car, brand new with just 5 miles when we bought it, displayed multiple dashboard lights and errors as soon as we hit the highway after leaving the lot on the day before Christmas Eve. Despite leaving notes at the dealership that same night, we had to wait until after Christmas to visit the service center. We were then assigned to Derek for Service. THIS IS WHERE THE ABSURDITY STARTS. straight insanity. IMMEDIATELY, right off the bat, this man showed off an excellent skill of ignorance and negligence. This was a talent of his, assuming his experience with treating previous guests. After a couple words exchanged and just immediately noticed how he was extensively trained with also being disrespectful and dismissive as well. I won't lie, I was quite impressed with his skill of being less helpful than tech support helping fix a 2005 Dell laptop. And with his knowledge of cars and customer service. I'm assuming he got most his job education from crossword puzzles on the back of lucky charms cereal boxes. Again, I was extremely impressed. Derek, Instead of acknowledging the issue and explaining, showing him the issue, he immediately told us we probably HIT A CAR or caused damage. That it wasn't the car and we did it. THEN RIGHT AFTER... He Immediately told us it would be a $160 diagnosis fee we'd have to pay to get it fixed. And that that we had no warranty... ITS A LEASE AND WE GOT IT 2 DAYS AGO... ITS A NEW CAR. ITS A 2024. HE TELLS US WE MOST LIKELY HIT A CAR, THEN TRIED TO CHARGE US TO FIX IT. SAYING WE HAD NO WARRANTY ON A LEAST. I've never been so frustrated. Knowing that Derik probably got this job off a local raffle he rigged himself, or he won the position off a scratch off card from a gas station. We finally requested to speak to a supervisor.Then Derek pointed to the door. He just pointed, then just told us to "go inside" I'm being serious. He just pointed and walked away lol. No information at all, nothing. Just pointed and left. I was amused I won't lie. It was kinda like a treasure hunt on easter. Or maybe we were playing a game of private detectives in middle school looking for the principle. It is my strong recommendation that Derek be removed from his position to prevent future customers from enduring such disrespectful and misinformed interactions. If this happened to us, it's likely others have faced similar problems due to the dealership's negligence.What a joke of a dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. You'll get accused of hitting another car within 5 minutes of buying a 2024 brand new car.

Got my oil change and tire rotation, service advisors applied a coupon saving me over 25$ Been coming here for years, reasonable price and the service advisors hook you up with what they can.

Hands down the WORST SERVICE EVER, in close competition to Home Depot lol. If you need to service your Honda please go to Montclair. So attentive, literally night and day. I took my car for service twice to this Penske location. The only reason I returned a second time was because they lied to me and promised me a loaner car. Please note I have called Honda corporate to complain. This location is ridiculous.First day I took my car, I NEVER RECEIVED an update or a call back. I had to hound them down the next day to see when I could get my car. The girl on the phone was nice but I had to call about three times, was told someone would get back to me and never did - the third time the lady on the phone figured it out for me and I was able to get my car next day.My service issue was my AC. They claimed to have swapped out the condenser but I swear on my life this car is worse than when I took it in, so I escalated to Honda corporate. Penske then called ME, the manager, some loser guy, asking how they could make it better. Okay, so I call back and tell him the issue persist. He tells me to bring it in again and this time, he will have a loaner car for me. He says just tell me what time. I tell him 7am and he said okay great see you here tmrw 7am.I show up and no one in management is there and I'm being told they have no idea about a loaner car. I'm about to lose my cool. They then proceed to tell me that if I want a loaner I will have to wait until 8:30 for the girl to come in and give me the keys.My pet peeve is horrible customer service. Why tell me 7am and lie just to get me off the phone? This location is disgusting and they have no respect for customers. Ohhh my favorite part!They tell me over the phone that the issue w my car will cost me 2k and isn't covered by the warranty. At this point, Honda corporate is simply waiting for paperwork that shows what the issue is plus the cost so they can cover it. When I get to Penske they tell me again the issue, the cost, and they print out the service documents for me. Tell me whyyyy the service documents don't say ANYTHING about what the issue is and zero cost. This place is a JOKE!!!To the manager: girl bye, I've taken my business elsewhere and will never return. Please train your staff better, this place is horrible.

Edgar and Jaime were very helpful and patient for getting us a new 24 HRV LX. Process is a little long but I have no complain. Definitely recommend. I will come back again for my second car years later.

Worked with Jaime Vaca. He 1,000% worked with me and my family with our car situation. Was able to drive away with a 2024 HR-V when I believed I only qualified for something used. He advocated for us and we are beyond grateful.Also worked with Cecilia and she completely blew us out of the park! Great personality and made everything easy! She gave us peace to make the decisions needed to get our car! Thankful for her!

Salam is your guy! Salam greeted me with a warm and friendly smile as soon as I walked in the door. His professionalism and courteous demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to explain the entire process of the oil change, including the type of oil being used and the approximate time it would take. This transparency was greatly appreciated and instilled a sense of trust right from the beginning.I highly recommend Penske Honda and, especially, Salam to anyone in need of automotive service. Well I was waiting for the end of the week to post this. I went to Penske Honda on the 14th of this month looking for a car because unfortunately my Honda pilot that was a 2010. Went out on me and I still have to get to work. I work in Northridge and I work in Encino when I went there everybody was friendly.Alexis was the first one that great at me and I showed him what I was looking for. Then Mr Vaca was the numbers man. All in all they work with me and they were really cool so if you need a car look up for Alex and the numbers man.

Leena was awesome, wonderful customer service. Helped me in every way she could.I own a civic for 5 years and during that whole time I had problems with the air conditioning condenser and evaporator.I am hoping to hear from corporate. ?♀️ ???I should not have to pay To fix the lemon of the car I purchased brand new.Honda knew there were problems.Honda Corooration should have traded my car for a more worthy vehicle.•In previous years a drove a used Odyssey with less problems, over 10 year driving.•And in the middle of these cars, I leased a 2015 civic, no probs.•2017 bought this car....... problems, problems, problems.I am a disabled woman veteran, divorced. Limited income, no alimony.LORD help me find a solution. I bought this car new.In JESUS name. ?✝️ ?

With a heavy heart and bittersweet sentiments I write this review. 15 years almost to the date and 251,136 miles ago I bought a brand new 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from Penske Honda. The car had been so reliable and I am so emotionally attached, it took complete vehicle failure for me to move on. I feel very grateful and fortunate that Penske Honda was once again able to come through for me. They have been consistent throughout the years and my dad, aunties, cousins and niece all get their Hondas here too. I still did my research with other local dealerships and even an auto broker to be safe, but Penske Honda just happens to have better service, pricing, and what I actually want. When my dad and I pulled up to the lot, Edgar, a sales rep, politely greeted us and offered his assistance. He was very kind and not pushy at all, which I liked. He asked if I know what I was looking for and I was very specific since I had done research prior - 2023 Honda Civic Sport, in the Meteorite Grey. They had two in stock and Edgar went to get the keys so we can take a look inside, and eventually a test drive. To be honest I had test driven this car model before at another dealership but I wanted to see what fun facts Edgar would tell me about the car. He did a great job telling me about the features. So we know what we want... let's talk prices :) Edgar walked inside and many members of the Penske team welcomed us, wished us happy holidays. Such great vibes! This is when we where we were introduced to Jaime, the Sales Team Leader. Jaime was super friendly and open to what we wanted in negotiation. He was a true advocate for the buyer. I really liked the straight forward conversation. I stayed firm at my out the door price and I have no doubt I got a good deal. Penske Honda gave me a better out the door price by $2k+ compared to a local dealer and better by $1k than an auto broker where that car would take longer to get to me. While figuring out our closing paperwork, we received the insurance card we had with us was not the newest one. Thankfully Edgar helped us call our insurance and got a digital copy of the newer one. Super above and beyond service. Then lastly we went through financing with Yesenia, their Financial Services Manager. She color coded what we needed to sign or initial, and she also did a great job explaining what each form and each section was meant for. I really appreciated her professionalism and at the end she gave us a usb with a digital copy of all the documents we signed. In parallel with my paperwork Edgar had my car washed, vacuumed, and topped off with gas. He also said I can call/text at anytime if I have questions about the car and that he will follow up to check on me in a few days and send me some helpful videos about some of the new cars fun features. Wow that is above and beyond service, especially since the deal already went through. He's so nice! He even asked if I wanted a photo with my new car... but I was too bummy haha. The car looks great on its' own. Many thanks to Edgar, Jaime, Yesenia and the Penske Honda team! I initially walked in with intent to gather data and pricing, and planned to purchase at the end of the week but they gave me such a good deal I couldn't walk away. I always feel like a valued customer when I come here and they strive to give me what I want. Going to other dealerships just feels painful compared to the much superior service, inventory and pricing I get at Penske Honda.
