If I could rate lower than one star I would! I ordered this item from this company as a gift for my daughter. It's already been two weeks since I placed the order, and I've never received it. However, the status of the shipping said that it had been shipped , AND received by the carrier, and I would be getting it in less than one more ADDITIONAL week. Then, today my bank account notified me that I was being refunded for this purchase. SO when I contacted the company to find out why they canceled my purchase and refunded it they replied that it was "because they are out of this product and have no more available." I would have been understanding of that 1. If they'd have notified me of this sooner than the time frame it took. And 2. if it weren't for the fact that it has already been two weeks, and the status already said it was shipped, PLUS already picked up by the carrier, who was to deliver it to me. So how did they run out of stock if it was already shipped?! I am very disappointed! and will Not be purchasing from this company again very bad customer service!

This place is a hidden gem. I let my fingers do the googling and found this place. It's a warehouse open to the public, Monday to Friday. I was looking for new bedding and curtains for the summer. I needed blackout curtains at affordable prices, and I needed special items to decorate the house. I was in awe about Home Soft Things. They also have slightly imperfect wood pieces that are discounted prices. The place was organized and easy to look through, and I spent an hour there - I walked out with unique wood pieces, a cute ottoman, and some cute throws for my house. This place is also close to my home.

I just received a root rustic table by Greenage from them ( through overstock.com) & it was incredibly poorly packed. There was even cardboard from other products stuck in the box... no surprise that the top was snapped in half. Very disappointing...

Very bad customer service. The color of the curtains were not as expected.Had returned all the items but never received full refund.
