Parked car here for our trip. Friendly staff and they even shuttled us to the airport. Thinking of checking out Holiday Inn as a place to stay for the quick helpful staff.

I stayed here overnight. There is a restaurant in the hotel called The Landing they served hot breakfast and all other items you would find on an open buffet in a hotel. The rooms are dated and the electronics plugs have not been updated with the easy-connections. The staff has been pleasant and I received a few extra coupons at check-in that I was not expecting. I appreciate them for that.The hotel is right by the airport which I like. The improvements needed to refit with up to date plugs and make flooring improvements throughout the rooms will really help with the stay here. I can say I wouldn’t want an extra night here due to a water temperature setting below why I like for a shower. It was colder for me.Rooms: Need flooring updates and electronics plugs added for easy connections

Hotel needs to be updated. Very outdated. Staff was very nice and professional. Quality breakfast and some healthy items. Will not return until renovated.

We checked in pretty late after work. Everything went smooth, but after getting into our room, our room door wouldn’t shut all the way so someone can just pull it open. When we showered the water would flood up so there’s dirty water on your feet the whole time and there was mold on the shower wall where the tub meets. After flushing the toilet, the handle would stay down and the water would just keep running and making noise. The restroom door wouldn’t close properly or lock either. Lastly, the person on the 4th floor above us was walking around from around 11pm to 6am. It sounded like he was stomping and you can hear the floor creek all night. We did not get a goodnight rest or a great stay. It was a disaster. This location is not okay. I wouldn’t recommend.

I can't comment on my stay because I never actually made it to this hotel. My review comes from their reservations department, who say what you want to hear just to make a reservation, and the lack of customer service I've received over the phone with this location. I booked a stay at this hotel through my credit cards website that was non-refundable. My flight got changed to LAX and I didn't want to drive 2 hrs out of my way so I called this hotel directly to see if I could change the reservation closer to LAX. I have since found out that I got transferred to a call center and they told me they could cancel this reservation and book a new one at the Hawthorne Holiday Inn. After my stay at the other hotel I noticed this reservation never got credited back to me. I have called a total of 4 times and wasted over 3 hrs on the phone. Spoken to reservations, guest services, a so called manager, and the front desk. I have been hung up on twice (once by the manager), transferred multiple times, and finally told by the front desk that the call center employees don't work for Holiday Inn and what they told me is not accurate and they're not responsible for what I was told. They basically told me that the only way I would get my reservation refunded is to file a complaint through my credit card. The front desk clerk even went as far as to tell me much worse had happened to other people by their reservation department, like that would make me feel better. It just proves that there is an issue and no one cares enough to fix it. I will not be staying at any IHG hotel ever again. They lie to you and when you try to fix it everyone points the finger at someone else.

My wife and I got out for a weekend away. This was a mix. We had the king suite, which was huge. The downside was that the room and furnishings were a bit tired around the edges. But the room was comfortable, and the staff were great. I'm really not sure if I would go back.

We've stayed here several times before and it's always been the same comfortable hotel. It's convenient at a reasonable price.
