The best part of our stay was the breakfast! All of the food was amazing, especially the biscuits and gravy! Vivian was so positive and kind to everyone coming through the breakfast line!

Stayed here for one night and I was given quite a spacious Standard Room with a Twin Bed. It was a room for wheelchair accessibility so not sure if other rooms in the hotel have this much space, but everything was modern and updated with very high ceilings. Probably the highest I've ever seen in a hotel room surprisingly. The lighting in the entranceway and bathroom was quite dim though. They could definitely go for some brighter bulbs.The staff was also friendly and they let me check in a couple hours early and check out an hour later which perfectly worked out with my flight times. An even earlier check in option was also available at a fee. The hotel also provided a shuttle to/from the airport. A receptionist had initially told me that they run and stop by at the airport every 30 min but you actually have to call the front desk in advance to let them know where/when to pick you up.I had a couple minor complaints regarding the bathroom however. The first was the shower. Because it was a wheelchair friendly room, there was no separation between the shower and bathroom floor, and the water pressure from the shower head was so strong that water spilled out all over onto the bathroom floor area despite the curtain. I eventually figured out that there was a button on the shower head to control the flow but it was a really sensitive button and more of an on/off switch for the shower, but I found out a way to position it just right to make it work. The shower fixture itself that held the shower head was also loose and needed tightening/replacing. And second, the AC vent in the bathroom was making random noises and rattling at night. Significant enough for me to notice and wake me up.Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back here in the future.Rooms: High ceilings, modern, updated, motorized blinds, microwave and fridge included, Dove toiletries.Walkability: A bit far from town. 10 min drive away from the city centre/Ontario Mills area.Food & drinks: Convenience store and complimentary breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am

Great stay, no issues, decent little gym to get a quick workout in, comfortable beds, will stay again!!

I am extremely upset. My hair is dyed red and 1 towel and washcloth had some red dye on them aftery shower. The hotel charged me $60.00. all they have to do is wash them. If you have dyed hair do not stay here. They will try anything to charge you

Booked and paid online for a suite paid over $100 but got regular room at check in there was a sign that said there is a $35 a day incidental fee (charged every day) so a debit or credit card HAS to be on file and funds must be available and it says it can take up to 2 weeks to get the money back if you use a debit card.... The room was clean enough except the bathroom ? there was so much hair in clogged up in the shower drain the water wouldn't even go down I had to take off the plug and use my fingers to pull out globs of hair from god who knows where it was disgusting!!? And the beds were so tall my dad couldn't get on the bed so he had to sleep on the lounge chair Probably wouldn't stay here again and most definitely would NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!! (Side note: We're going on 2 weeks since we stayed there and I'm Still waiting for my $35 back)Rooms: Disappointing not what we needed and or what we paid for and the beds were so tall I had a really hard time getting on the bed and my disabled father had to sleep on the lounge chair cus he couldn't get on the bedWalkability: My disabled father can barely walk and asked for a ground level and our room was way in the back of the hotelFood & drinks: The morning breakfast was the only good thing about our stay

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is a typical American buffet with not many varieties. It’s a quiet hotel 10 minutes from the Ontario Outlets.

The first misstep of this hotel was the female who greeted me. (I won’t say her name) She was rude, short with me, and overall seemed irritated. I get to my room and use the restroom. Only to find out the toilet is broken. I go down to the desk to let them know and they “upgraded” me to a bigger room. It’s nearly midnight. No offer to help moving my bags, no offer for a refund. So I basically got a working toilet and a bigger bed with an AC that sounded like a semi truck.

Got some kind of bugs in the bathroom floor. Informed front desk and they did nothing except told me to email to front desk email so she can send it to her boss. Hope it was not bed bug or some kind of ticks. Maybe they have it all the time so they did not care. AC in the room was noisy at night.

The Holiday Express Inn was excellent. Clean and quiet room, awesome feee breakfast, free Keurig coffee in the room with a microwave. I had outpatient surgery at Kaiser Ontario right down the street, so we stayed one night.Close to many eateries.I would stay there again in a heartbeat.Rooms: We had two very comfortable queen beds. Fresh and clean.Food & drinks: Close to many eateries. Within a couple if minutes.

This Hotel, deserves a stellar 5-star rating. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and equipped with modern amenities, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to my day, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. The hotel's proximity to the Ontario Airport was a significant convenience for travelers like me. Overall, my experience at this Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a fantastic stay in Ontario.
