Terrible experience. Cassandra at the counter was very rude and short. The reservation was paid for by my father in-law (who was with me at the counter) but under my name. She refused to provide us with the paid rental and instead wanted to charge me for a new rental with my own cc. I understand after she explained it to us, my cc and the reservation name has to match, but my father in-law was THERE with his CC. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Literally went over to the counter not far from Hertz and got a better deal at Budget.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked my rental car. It is obvious that overcharging is part of the business operation. I loved the car and the Priceline price was good but overcharged me 116.00. They charged me for an extra day (which I was clearly within the agreement) and for a windshield I did not damage. You are suppose to inspect the car and you could be liable for any damages you do not report. But there was a small scratch on the windshield and we did not notice until the next day because we picked the car up at night. After getting charged for an extra day and reading the reviews, there is no telling how many have paid for the windshield. I find there business practices to be less than honest.

Does it take more than two hours to pick up a car? Hope they will upgrade their server. The computer was so slow. It took so long to look up for the reservation.

Worst rental place you can ever think of, they will overcharge you for literally no reason, and if you don't think it's fair they will make something up to overcharge you for it, please don't fall for this place, I repeat it's simply the WORST. Wish this had 0 stars to give.

This place is totally ridiculous!!! Ricardo was helping us turn in the car when my son was done with it and he swears that it stunk and had ashes in the cupholder. My son doesn't smoke so it was not smoking or ashes there was a little dirt in the cupholder. He charged him $200 because he said it would have to be detailed. He was totally rude and argumentative the entire time we were there. If I could give them no stars I would!!!

Hertz - if you are going to provide customer service for your own customers as well as those of Thrifty, etc, I recommend that you develop some competency in it. You’re woefully understaffed and overmatched. It’s more than an hour wait for everyone to get their car. How about trying some check-in technology?

Please don't rent cars from Hertz in Rancho Cucamonga they have become a Rip-Off company I had a really bad experience with them last. That overcharge me $114.00 and wont give me my money back I'm Pissed-Off the manager and one of his employees burned me bad please use another car rental company I'll never use them ever again in life please don't use this business they are Crooks period.....
