Back in April, I was having a horrible day and stopped by to just browse. I had the pleasure of having Tammy help me and I'm so glad she did. She was so lovely and easy to talk to, and before ultimately seeing this beautiful rose gold bracelet Tammy had already made my night so much better. On top of that the bracelet was originally 25% of but during the time I stopped in, it was going out for 50% a complete steal! Thank you so much Tammy for the amazing conversations and a just as amazing bracelet.

Now in May I sadly lost a diamond from that bracelet and didn't get the warranty as this was a random splurge purchase and I did not want to pay $250 at the time for the warranty (but was told I can come back within the month to add it). As i went in to see how much the repair/service would be (as I didn't have the warranty yet) and Amy was the wonderful jewelry consultant to help me. Not only did she express that for a tennis bracelet she said typical wear and tear should be 8 months to a year so less than 2 months was weird and she helped me by getting the bracelet serviced for free as upon inspection she found that like the prong or bracket thing was missing and this was probably due when the bracelet was made and assured me it would be taken care of. I also got the warranty as I was going to come back to get it anyway, just sad that it was under these circumstances. But im am so pleased to have had Amy help me, she was so sweet and again wonderful to talk with!

Wish I could leave ZERO stars , took my watch in to get repaired and have a latch replaced back in October and still nothing has been done as In getting it fixed or repaired , one of the managers will call every 4 weeks explaining to me more reasons why they can’t fix my watch or compensate for me waiting so long just for nothing to be done. Terrible customer service and terrible customer care/ follow up. They can’t even comprehend how fast I could’ve got this done on my own but they decided to take their sweet time and finally call me in FEBRUARY saying I can pick up my damaged watch. It’s been there since October and it’s quite ridiculous that I had to wait this long just to be told nothing got done to the watch PLEASE DON’T SHOP HERE

My fiancé & I had an amazing experience, The ladies were so sweet & helpful especially Najia!! She helped us through the whole process she made sure we were satisfied in changing my engagement ring stone to a different shape overall she made the process very smooth.

Walked in wanting to check out a certain Rolex model. Salesman brought out one that was slightly different but no problem, I can just try it on.Asked for the price - he went to “check on it” on the computer.Came back and sat down and assumed a sale by asking me how I’d like to pay for - cash or finance.Asked for the price again.Types in an arbitrary number on his calculator and stated a price so egregiously overpriced (75-100% over competitors pricing for the same watch) that I immediately stood up and started to walk out.Woman working there asked why I wasn’t ready to buy. Told her I’m not silly enough to over pay by 75-100% mark up.I understand the need to mark up to make a profit but trying to get 75-100% markup is laughable.Will never do business w this store and neither should you.

5th time back to have anniversary ring diamond set and now I am shown a chip in the end of one that was set last month. How do you chip a chunk out of a diamond with out felling it ? ? Not returning

I came here over with a friend, and my God, the salespeople, were so pushy. They did not listen to a thing we said and kept pushing us to buy things. That was our intention but not with how pushy the ladies were.

Both of the ladies that helped us today were super amazing and sweet. Audrey and Najia helped us with everything we needed. Audrey helped me figure out exactly what ring is my perfect engagement ring!! And Najia helped my sister find her brand new necklace.
