We have been using Heavenly Dog Groomers for the past 10 years because of the great customer service and quality that is provided to us. Our Pomeranian Max always comes out with a beautiful cut. They are professional, quick and reliable. Rowena and her staff are so kind and friendly. They do such an amazing job with our dog's grooming. Thank you again for the years of service. I finally remembered to post this review.

Our dog is 5 mths old and after our first groomer refused twice to cut our puppy’s body hair due to her “being too young”, my brother referred us to Heavenly Dog Groomers. Rowena exceeded our expectations and did a wonderful job. She did a full body cut and even trimmed her paws, ear hair and sanitary areas. Our puppy smelled so sweet like bubblegum! Thank you Rowena for your excellent service!

Hello, me and my husband dropped off our two Shih Tzu's for service we called in and were able to get a same-day appointment. The groomers were all very friendly. Their work was amazing,I would recommend this groomer to everybody who wants their pets to look good and feel good.Our dogs came out nice and happy and beautiful.

Just came to groom and they closed early even though it days open and her reason there wasn't not enough dogs($$) well I bring a dog to get groomed ($$) place doesn't want to make money and provide a service lazy workers owner should fire them

Needed a groomer last minute and fortunately for me Heavenly Groomer was available! They did an amazing job taking care of my pooch! My dog was glowing and smelling so clean. I hate leaving my dog at the groomers too long but they were super fast and I was called to pick up my dog when they said they would. I definitely will bring my dog back! Highly recommended!

Stella's first time here! I think we just found her new groomer! Very kind and treated Stella with care! Fast and efficient! I waited in the parking lot for Stella to be done. Definitely will come back here! All groomed! Bathed, clipped her nails, and put the cutest accessory on her! We love the color purple! She smells good too!

I hate to leave a bad review but this is what I experienced as a first time customer at this groomer's. I brought in my 6 year old Yorkie for a bath and groom. She needed a haircut. The hair cut was fine, I was pleased. But the first thing I noticed when I picked up my dog was she had an exaggerated amount of "liquid bandage" on her ear. It was very clumpy and thought that's just how it is applied as I have never heard of liquid bandage before. And the owner played it off as if it was just a slight nick and not to be concerned. I should've known better it wasn't just no "nick". A week or so went by and the clumpy liquid started coming off and I noticed my dogs ear! this lady whom I presume the owner cut the very tip of my dogs ear off! I will never come back to this groomer. First time and definitely the last time. Never in my dogs 6 years of going to the groomers has this ever happened. I'm so upset about this situation. I would hate for this to happen to any other dog which is why I just wanted to put my review out there. As to the groomer who groomed my dog be more cautious, careful, and patient. Us owners love our dogs and hate to see them hurt especially if it can be prevented! I hope this doesn't happen again but I will not be coming back.

always take such good care of my pups & are quick with it too. never had any problems here & owner is such a lovely lady. 100/10 for my last visit cause i got to see this baby husky which made my day.
