Claiming to be discount when their prices are full priced. I checked on online. And they have a policy of a $10 min for card purchases.

Things are very expensive to be a “wholesale” place. You are better off getting stuff new with warranty from any other big store.
Also their “50% 30% etc” deals are very deceiving since most of the time isn’t true at all.

Really bad quality couches. And they hover over you while you shop.
Also the male worker is so rude and picky, he doesn’t want you even touching the couches, but how can you purchase a couch without sitting on it and feeling it first? Do not recommend. Go down the street to American freight way better couches and customer service.
Also, put some ventilation in this place! Overheating while you shop.

The worst experience ever!!!! First of all hardly any of the workers speak English so you can’t communicate or ask questions unless you speak their language. Second the only person in there that speaks English is so beyond rude and won’t help for anything. Waste of driving 80 miles when I know they have the product I was looking for but wouldn’t bring it out for the back for me to purchase it. It’s definitely zero stars from me!!!!!!!!

My son and I have been coming here for years. Sometimes we find great deals. Recently, Karen has been the cashier. She is the friendliest employee I have ever encountered at this establishment.

Awesome place to go and check it out... There are so many things with a good price...prices may very, but overall good prices, so if you see something that you like or need it get it otherwise won't find it next time you go

I came to buy a fishing pole ( advertised in offer up)and I was told the don’t have any of the fishing poles , when I saw fishing pole behind cashiers , I was told there were broken, ? no true I was told by some one working at the store …. Very sad

I frequent this place quite often tbh. They do have pretty good deals. However, I’ve been eyeing a cooler backpack that my wife and I both liked but didn’t think it was worth the advertised price of $39.99 since we didn’t really NEED it. Just a few days ago I was walking around the store and was surprised to see they had moved them to a main isle and they had a 50% off sign. I got excited for just a second until I noticed the sale sign said 50% off $59.99. I took the bag to the register to see what the price was, and the lady told me it was 50% off the new higher price ? I guess moral to the story is buyer beware ??♂️
