“sometimes the sales here are so good, it makes me wonder if this stuff was stolen. 2 pack of Milwaukee 6ah high output batteries for $100. no other vendor has ever even come close to that price. this is just one example. i bought lots of cool stuff herenever had my order cancelled. some other vendors list "deals" hold the money for a week then cancel a whole bunch of orders. never seen it happen here”
“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”
“Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

“I bought a 6 "D" cell flashlight from maglight about 5 or 6 years ago through ebay. The flashlight fell off of my quad one night, couldn't find it. I'd engraved my name on it and about a year later I got it back. Of course it didn't work, so I sent it to maglight. No paperwork, just my return address. That was 6 months ago. Never expected to see it again. Today a ups truck pulled up and honked, so outside I go and get a long box. They repaired the flashlight and shipped it back to me, free of charge. I'm totally blown away. Maglight stands behind their stuff.”
“I must say today was the BEST home depot experience EVER thanks to probably the BEST EMPLOYEE WE HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AT HOME DEPOT " MR . WALTER" this gentleman was so so helpful he did not only help my husband find what he need it but he literally helped us load wood, drywall into the cart, but if that was not enough he helped us load everything up in our truck, with a smile, "MR. WALTER " literally needs to be recognized for the amazing work he does and the amazing costumer service he provides, to the home depot customers. So if you are at the home depot in Ontario and need help from a real employee ask for " MR. WALTER" am sure he will be very helpful and he actually knows how to help a customer.. “Customer service was excellent,i had my dewalt impact go out as well as my hammer drill at separate times,they were both a few months out of the 1 year warranty and the young gent at the front his name was Jacob i belive, gave me a free courtesy warranty both times with no questions asked and no hassle,both times the turn around was about a week which is great and they even changed out the hard cases on the tools,so far both impact and hammer drill are back to pretty much brand new.Thanks you guys will continue doing business with dewalt they keep there customers a priority ?”

“Imagine stepping back into the past going into an independent auto parts store or Ace Hardware from the Midwest in the 70's. I could easily spend a few hours just wandering the aisles in this store. If you need hardware, stop wasting your time at Lowe's and HD by going to McFadden Dale. They have bolts, tools, safety products and paint accessories, this is a tremendous hardware store that is what a hardware store is supposed to be. The only reason it is 4 stars is customer service can be a little mixed depending on who you ask.”
