Stayed for only one night at the Hampton Inn.The checked in process was smoothly, the room was spacious I love it! They served Hot coffee and tea all day at the lobby.This hotel included with continental breakfast which was nice.

Had a mixed bag experience at the Hampton recently. ? Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. The complimentary breakfast had a decent spread - enough to get your day started on the right foot. But if you're planning on getting work done, be warned: the Wi-Fi is as weak as their coffee. Connectivity was a no-show for the most part, and security? Questionable at best.The throwback vibe of the rooms and bathrooms could be charming if you're into vintage, but really, they're just screaming for an update. The real deal-breaker though is the service. Running into a snag is a test of patience since the staff seems to have skipped the class on problem-solving. As long as you don't need anything beyond your key card, you're all set. Need help from the front desk? Great hotel to stay I stay 3 nights, the staff is very helpful they answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, for my fellow truck drivers (18wheelers) they allow truck parking across the street in the mall parking lot, make sure you get a parking permit from the front desk

I called this morning and spoke with Irene at the front desk and she was rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to check in a few hours early because my flight comes in at midnight, she wanted to charge me a full night for Friday and it's after 1am that I would be arriving to the hotel. Charging me a full day instead of a pro rate or early check in fee is crazy too me. I asked to speak with a manager and he never got on the phone she stated his name is Huber and to call back in 15 mins, she said he's saying the same thing as she stated they will need to charge me a full night even when the date is checking in on a Saturday. Irene was really dismissive, poor customer service, & not a care in the world on trying to help me figure this solution out or meet in middle. By law I'm checking in Saturday early morning not Friday. That's fraudulent to charge me for a day I'm not checking in. I've stayed there in the past and the customer service was great but seems to go down hill now. Irene was cold and had no empathy whatsoever. Customer service isn't what it used to be that's for sure, maybe take the $230 you wanted to charge me and get some customer service training.

Great customer service. Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Ladies that were cleaning and cooking were also very clean. I will definitely be coming back with my family. Wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that checked us in. She was very friendly and when we needed stuff she was right there.

Hampton Inn hotel and room suite was very nice.Property beautiful.Front lobby coffee selection 24/7 and multiple creamers and sugars.Suite was quite large with beautiful interior decor colors and pictures. Beds were comfortable.I really wished we could have stayed longer.Room was so nice couch, pillows, chair, ottoman, large desk.Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave.Full free breakfast was very good, including waffles, sausages, eggs, potatoes and more.Highly recommend this Hampton Inn and suite stay.Rooms: Suite beautiful.Nearby activities: Hampton inn is at Ontario Mills Circle.Safety: Safety yesFood & drinks: Full breakfast

Was in town for a softball tournament and family reunion and stood here for a night. Great location for fast eats or even sit in dinning. Rooms were very well kept and service was quick whenever we had a question or needed anything.Definitely recommend this location if you need a spot to stay.

Nice hotel, quiet and great location. The receptionist that checked us in was perfect. Always had a smile, very helpful and friendly. Went out of her way to help and answer questions. My only drawbacks was no bacon at breakfast (not that big a deal but we were told there would be some and my son loves it) and the internet connection was spotty and would not hold at times.

I have been to nicer Hampton Inn hotels before. This hotel, although Hampton Inn, was not what he had expected. The room was Ok, could need a remodel, older bathtub and vanity. Nothing fancy. And typical American breakfast, but very friendly staff.

Cynthia the front desk representative is very professional, very nice went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and and made sure we were comfortable with our stay as diamond members she made us feel as so. We definitely recommend this hotel and look for Cynthia she is the best I pray Hilton rewards her for her great Service!!!Nearby activities: Mall right across the street

Taurice & Kayla are Absolutely amazing they are very professional, they both really care about making your stay comfortable and that you have everything you need and if your room is exceptable to your needs. Taurice saved us! We drove 6 hours and had a reservation at a nearby Marriott property and were “walked” at 10:30pm without any notice. They refused to book us to a comparable hotel so we were left stranded and scrambling late at night. Luckily, we found our own and it was this Hampton Inn & Suites! The desk clerk, Taurice, was so kind and helpful. She got us a king room, honored our military rate, and thanked me for being a honors member. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a champ! What a comfortable and pleasant stay after such a long day. Thank you!

I hate staying at this Hilton on weekends. People above us walked heavily all night long. A screaming baby next door until 1am.Room quite a distance from elevator. I requested a room by elevator-denied. I requested room on 3rd floor, top, denied.I will never stay here again.Urge you to look around at other Hilton. This is a tired property with no security. Not safe, not quiet. Terrible two day stay!Rooms: Thin walls. When someone flushed we heard it. Crying baby no noise abatement with cheap walls.Never again at this cheap, tired facility.

If you want your cars rims & tires stolen, you should stay here! My wife's cars rims & tires were stolen overnight even though they told us to park at the mall parking lot because their hotel parking is very limited. How is it that they are not taking any responsibility for this when we are forced to park at the mall parking telling us that our car is safe. They were not even sincere when we told them what happened, not helpful at all and acted like they didn't even care!!! Not to mention there are no cameras and supposedly "24 hour security". TAKE IT FROM MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE, DO NOT STAY HERE!
