It would be nice if customer service would answer the phone called 3 times on the phone waited hours still no answer also they said they attempted to deliver but I wasn't home I work from home so I don't know where they got that I wasn't home so I went online and chatted with an agent told them to hold my package at the hub and again they send me something tried to attempt to deliver and so I went online again and told them to hold it for pickup again and would you guess they tried to deliver again I will never purchase from anyone who uses GLS ever again still haven't gotten my package.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER ! Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday well it wasn’t then when driver heads back he doesn’t he scan package in as it was brought back - spoke with Joanna who said it will be ready for pick up on Monday 10/02 - so I go GUESS WHAT ?!? NO PACKAGE- they call the driver he says oh idk call this person TF you mean you don’t know. So here we are Wednesday I’m now being told your package is lost contact sender. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME SHIPPING WITH THEM NEVER AGAIN.THEN WHATS EVEN CRAZY WHEN YOU CALL THE OPERATION TEAM OR DISPATCH THEY ACT AS IF YOUR BOTHERING THEM EVEN THE CUSTOMER AGENT SAID WE HAVE BEEN AWARE THAT GLS DRIVERS R TAKING PACKAGES & MANAGERS/DISPATCHERS R AWARE TOO. COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED ?

SEEM to be criminals, stealing packages, breaking them, throwing them, making no delivery attempts, and having virtually no customer service. If you’re a company who uses this shipping company, stop. You’ll sabotage your company and brand using General Logistic Systems aka GLS. I believe they black list customers phone numbers as well, keeping you on hold for hours, 35 minutes at minimum. And if you do get an agent, they give a tone off off the wall, unconnected information. They also protect management who also provide false info like totally fake phone numbers. Not sure how the government hasn’t shut these people down.I’m sure someone’s daughter is walking around in my parcel now. One star isn’t even deserved. Beware of the 5 star reviews. Most likely fake and internal.

The staff were very prompt to help me with my order.They even went the extra mile and the manager called the delivery driver. He promptly came back and hand delivered the order to me.I highly recommend them.

Alfred your breathe always smells! As well as your horrible attitude. Do you have short man syndrome ? seems like it. You seem really happy at your job! Hope you enjoy it until your old, oh wait, youre old already. Anyways, wine deliveries are annoying. Other than that, easy peasy. Except when you have to call Alfred to call the customer to open the door. Waste of time. At Amazon, were able to contact the customer directly. Thats why youre packages are always late! Unrealistic routing.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE, GOOD LUCK!AT&T apparently uses this company to ship. Ordered a new iphone and never received it. They were due to deliver the package one day and then rescheduled it for the next day. It never came! Called their customer service number and the lady informed me that the package was lost. Called AT&T and they refunded me.

No customer service. Was on hold yesterday for 30 min but I couldn't be on hold any longer. Tried 2 more times later that day with no luck. Tried the next day and nothing. Actually wrote this review while on hold.
