“I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Mike, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by his exceptional service from start to finish. I called Grafix Designs about putting a logo on 2 singlets I needed. He asked a few questions, requested the image via email, we spoke again on the phone for sepecifications and within 3 hours, the heat transfers were done. He informed me that I can come in any time to put them on. IT WAS THAT EASY!!! I came in to have them put on. I was in and out of his shop in 15 minutes. The entire process and experience went seamlessly. Mike's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire experience enjoyable. I was afraid that he would turn me away since I only needed 2 of these done, but I didn't get that feeling at all. I couldn't be happier with the result. I wholeheartedly recommend Grafix Designs.
