Car washing machine cut off mid wash no phone number or anyone on site to refund or turn machine back on car still covered in soap . Also took the vehicles money behind me aswell and they could not even get a wash

I took my truck in at 8 at night and I wanted to wash it in the machine. There were two cars in front of me and they managed to wash their cars well. When it was my turn, I went to the machine and the lights came on to start working, but that's how it was, I already parked waiting for it to work but no. He didn't do it. I waited a little longer with my lights off and it wasn't washed. I got out of the car to look for the right person to go see what problem the machine had but I didn't find any person who worked there. I decided to go home and come back another day with my receipt in hand. The sign says open 24 hours and no phone number to call for help

Place is good BUT, this is the 2nd time I've used my card for the DIY wash and they charged me $10 instead of $5. There's a sign that says "$5" for 10min plus 2 free minutes. My account shows a $10 charge. Staff needs to explain. Scamming people??

I won’t give this place a full 5-star only because of the homeless and “questionable” people hanging around the place. Always be on the lookout and I don’t recommended women going by themselves. Just be careful……
The car washing equipment and features themselves are terrific just to be fair, hence the 4-star.
