Golden ticket approvaI know you guys would repossessed my Dodge journey SE 2018 but my stuff are missing abag pack small black and my brown leather small back pack, found the two bags magic appeared out of the bag I already checkedplus my dumbbells set of 2 7.5lbs ,2 10 lbs2 25 lbs dumbbells arm lifting,plus my five radiator (2 14 inchesradiator fan ,3 16 inches radiator fan) fans detached able in there seconds cutting the wire,6 d batteries maglite flash light also missing color black maglite with brand new batteriesAnd putting it in Sacramento CA north California to be auctioned less than five days March 22 you took it without a call,Then March 28 of to Sacramento CA to be auctioned even i was going to pay it off the 4728 I will owe if I got it out of recovery30 seconds in 90 mphO2 sensor heated up or oil change is due the check engine light

Rather professional and attentive, in person and over the 800 number; they are hand holding and pacing with customers, all along the way, ended up I went with them for a personal loan.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Theses people lie, we were told to drive a cashiers chk to the nearest branch And we would recieve our car title, close our accounts.we drive 2.5 hrs and 80 in gas and it was all a lie.After waiting in branch we walked Away with nothing. After 1 hour on the phone, mngt did nothing .RUN FROM THIS BANK, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE RECORDINGS OF YOUR CONVERSATION. So they can give they're lies.THEY WILL NOT WORK FOR you

Got a personal loan in 2014 for 25k, paid it off before due date. I got another loan last year for 12k, paid half of it off so far and two days ago applied for a consolidation loan, (Chase credit card interest shot up to 25%), plus I need a repair to my old 99 gmc and was approved in 5 minutes. Not sure what everyone is having a problem with. I just do it on the phone.

This bank is a great alternative to the big name brands. They partner with other credit unions to optimize services.

I've been a loyal member since 1987. The customer service has gone down hill some since then. It's just becoming another credit union when before it was "The state employee" credit union. Everyone can join now and that's where the personal experience you once had has faltered. They don't know you by name anymore and that's a shame.

I've been a member for more than 10 years. This used to be a great bank, but in the last few years and even more so in the last few months their service offerings and customer service have dropped to unacceptable. I've tried everything to not go through the hassle of changing banks, but I am so fed up I can't stay anymore. I do not recommend unless they take some time to reassess how they could adequately change their services and retrain their staff.

if I could give them negative stars I would. they're pathetic. Theyre quick to take my loan payments but if I have any questions I either get "idk" the whole time or I get hung up on. they're constantly passing the buck when you make a complaint too. one will give me response while another says they're wrong. as soon as my loans up I'm leaving this place and making sure anyone I know never uses this scam of a bank.

Golden 1 is ridiculous and so am I for wanting to stay with them. Anyway, I already have a checking and savings account. I tried to open up another checking account, I was denied and told I was in the checks system (lies). I tried to open up a savings account and was told I closed out another account with a negative balance on August 10th (lies). So, in order to clear this all up, I have to go to the branch ( INCONVENIENCE). Really...I've been getting direct deposit there for over 15 years from one of my employers soooo, if I owed anything, it would show up in my active account. The reps couldn't answer that, why go to the branch when I'm always told they have to call Sacramento, or I have to call for complicated issues? When I had fraud, the branch told me I had to call Sacramento. The branch has the same incompetent staffs that told me I could not add beneficiaries at the branch, I had to go online. When I asked the reps in Sacramento, I was told I should've been able to do it in the branch. Good thing I have several accounts elsewhere, this last incident confirmed my real savings needs to go to my other banks and credit unions for safeguarding. Thanks for making it clear G1!!!

I'll be honest, the customer service could be better at times, but just be intelligent enough to not go at the same time everybody else does. Even more importantly, once you get their online services down there is really no reason to ever visit a branch. I personally have always had a good experience and their rates are beyond amazing. Never pay any fees, even when I was struggling and over-drafting more than I care to admit, they have always taken care of me going on 15 years now. I will be a lifetime member without question. Thank you Golden 1 Credit Union for everything!

you can not get a hold of anyone after 3:30 pm. Tried calling and the hold time was 1hr and 15 minutes. connected to a rep and the phone calls were disconnected at 4:50. Un able to connect accordingly.Definitely hard to connect to anyone using the automated service.

If I could give a zero I would , close this branch is all I'm gonna say , ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE , LACK OF KNOWLEDGE , 877 NUMBER WAS NO HELP EITHER WHEN I LEFT BRANCH AN CALLED IMMEDIATELY, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME JUST TO BE TOLD I MAY BE DOING SOMETHING DISHINEST , AT THIS POINT , OUR BUSINESS IS DONE I WILL SOON CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS AFTER YEARS OF LOYALTY
