They have a sucky pharmacy service, they need to hire more people. They always look overworked frustrated. Most of the time I never get my medication filled when they say it will be ready.

I have never been treated so poorly.. i worked for rite Aid for a total of 8 years and i know how all employees hate to scoop ice cream , but Nancy took the cake. 12:30 pm on sunday 7/16/23 i walked in to this store for a scoop of icecream. There was 2 cashiers and 2 customers in line. And no one came to help. I waited 6 minutes me and another customer (both black women) when i finally went over to ask for help (after watching nancy walk around behind counter and drink water) check cameras- when i started to ask for help she didnt even look at me but put her finger up and told me someone will be with u.. the finger was so disrespectful. Im thinking nancy may have a problem with the black customers or shes just extremely rude. The other customer told me this is normal this store has the rudest employees . I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.also telling anyone who will listen about this.

Horrible customer service, waited in line while three associates chatted and didn't bother noticing me. I came in another time with my kids and got looked at like we were trying to steal something, never again...I'll shop in Montclair where it's a little nicer.

The pharmacy customer service is horrible. Especially the pharmacist is treating everyone like giving out charity. Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 star.

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE! I just got letters in the mail for my whole family stating the photos submitted cannot be used for the passport application. Literally a week away from vacation and I get this! I suggest getting them done at the post office when you're at your appt. I learned my lesson. Passport service Pictures

I had my COVid vaccine in this pharmacy yesterday. The place is clean. The pharmacy department was clean as well. The pharmacist and pharmacy clerks were so organized. They were courteous and helpful. As a senior like me it was really hard to get an appointment but this facility accommodated me and I'm totally grateful.

Screw you, Riteaid! After sending me jumping through hoops for a really long time (when I'm not feeling well), I finally arrive at the page where I can make an appointment, only to be told that there are no appointments available. How difficult would it have been to put this pertinent information at the beginning of the questionnaire?

The only thing I love about Rite Aid is the Thriftys ice cream. At my earliest memory, one scoop was 69 cents and splurging for two scoops was 99 cents. Ohh the nostalgic memories of my youth when my Auntie would spoil me and let me go for the double scoop. Current Ice Cream Scoop pricing (April 2020) - $1.99 Single Scoop - $2.99 Double Scoop - $3.99 Triple Scoop - $3.99 Pint - $5.49 Quart At this Rite Aid, you order and pay at the regular cash registers, and then they will follow you back to the ice cream area to scoop your ice cream. Some of my favorite flavors, depending on my mood, are: Chocolate Malted Crunch, Mint N' Chip, Pistachio Nut, Black Cherry, Road Road, Butter Pecan, Pecan Praline and Rainbow Sherbet. Just as my Auntie would take me when I was little, I would take my niece and nephew to Rite Aid for ice cream and PRO TIP: get their scoops on a cone, in a cup. This allows the kids to enjoy the cone, but also have a cup to rest any unfinished amounts of ice cream in a cup for later. This is especially applicable with the little kiddies since they often order more scoops than they can finish in one sitting. During the Covid-19 times, the ice cream area is closed until further notice, but I was still able to purchase the prepacked ice cream flavors to take home. This is definitely more economical. I purchased the Mint N' Chip for my parents and the Chocolate Malted Crunch for me. No rubbing alcohol, paper towel, toilet paper, hand sanitizer found here. A lot of the aisles were bare and disorganized. Honestly this place has always been a bit organized even before Covid-19. I prefer CVS and Walgreens over all other sections of Rite Aid. I know there are a lot of complaints about the staff here but I have never experienced anything positive or negative. Pretty "average" service. If anything I am usually annoyed of the other customers who come here, but that is not the business' fault.

Normally this wouldn't phase me, but this woman had the audacity to make my son feel scared and ashamed for grabbing two packs of mini m&m's after I (HIS MOTHER) gave permission. Mind you, the m&m's he was grabbing was from a small cart of (GO BACKs) she had told my son (5) and daughter (3) not to be touching the items in the cart and to get away it's not an area to play around. Meanwhile, incoherently babbling nonsense to my son while I'm 10ft away. I made the older woman aware I was the one who gave my son permission. I, for one, consider myself scrupulous when it boils down to a persons reason for their lack of performance in customer service. Especially since she couldn't find the m&m's which she compulsively urged my son to choose from instead of the ones on the small cart of go backs. After witnessing her governed by an obsessive need to have us choose candy from the display area near the register she eventually located them after several minutes; ultimately resulting in giving us the "OK" to grab the ones from the cart......we ended up buying 6 bottles of mini m&m's. Thereafter, immediately imputes liability, undoubtedly confirming reassurance in the completion of sale by stating; " go ahead and grab those from there only as long as you're buying them" I replied with a single word "obviously." Never have I felt so disrespected and offended in a matter of minutes, how dare she ASSUME MY CAPABILITY REGARDING ANYTHING!! Let alone take it upon herself to discipline my children and blatantly disregard my presence! Furthermore, I consider myself a respectably, formidable Mother, willing to protect her children regardless of one WOMANS inability to express positivity and self control. Unfortunately, this review will have to suffice, I'm not visiting this store anytime soon! Honestly this woman demonstrates lackadaisical, self-governing intentions due to her habitually, inconsiderate primordial behavior!
