Horrible customer service!The insurance agent Emily had no consideration. Office was completely empty and she was just sitting there. Office closes at 6 pm I was there before than. She refused to process my new policy.Won’t be coming to this location again. Emily was lazy and rude.

office in Euclid previous had a very nice and pleasant girl....today 7/29/22 I visit store to add a new vehicle to my policy...store was empty so I ask the chubby girl if I could sit and her response was "do you see anyone sitting if not sit"....girl I am not the type that would hold back in responding but since needed my vehicle added and it was too late to go to another nearest store I stayed to kill with kindness....she continue to be very rude and had long face.... I asked her questions about my policy and she would answer stating i should already know my policy and didn't have to be asking her.....I need my new vehicle added so I was patience with her as much as I wanted to tell her that her attitude was making customers not not want to use their service....she didn't allow me to pay with my debit card so I had to go to Cardenas and take the cash out of the ATM to pay for my quote.....I honestly told her on my way out she needed training in customer service and that I hope she went home, she would really think if that's the kind of job she likes and think of how she treats others ....she answered that she hope she never saw me again....I honestly hope Fred Loya management really looks into this and provides the proper customer service training some of these girls need, I for sure will not be going into this office and will look into other insurance option soon.
