Bad businesses the company charges you more then they should don't even give full coverage for salvage and no perks. state farm on the other hand gives me 10 benefits and full coverage with it being cheaper. this is too expensive not worth the money I have been with them for over a year and don't recommend this insurance at all

So you call and get a quote. They give you quote. You go in they tell you your 2021 KIA is too old for full coverage because it’s a KIA ???WTF more than half the cars are KIA’s on the road

It's nice to have insurance for legall purposes...but as far how things are done ? I pay my insurance every month but I was in an accident in August were almost halfway into December... other person fault I won the dispute... But nothing has been done about my car I haven't got no letters on what's gonna happen no phone calls and when I call in I get transferred back and forth between agent get left on hold ... and its just sad.... gonna be leaving as soon as they pay what is owed to me

I was there 7/29/22...sad to say the previous girl that worked there was gone...there was another girl that was rude and had her long face...didn't smile nor greeted you at all...I needed to a vehicle to my policy so I had no choice but to stay...I recommend you to go elsewhere...I am in process of looking into another insurance company.....this girl need additional customers service training. Got quoted by other location yesterday and i came to this location to get the insurance and they wanted to charge me $20 more of what the other location had quoted me. Came to the location that gave me the quote euclid and francis and saved myself some money!!!!

All the staff members have rude customer service. I would recommend going somewhere else or even switching insurance companies.

Although the staff is friendly and professional, their hours are very inconsistent(especially during lunch hours, sometimes they extend their closure past 2pm) Fred Loya is also not available to help after their office hours which is not what I was told when I signed up with them.
