Please stay away for my show store.. I have been cheated here .. I have no idea who is giving more than 1 star . I would have minus star .. such a horrible place and would never going to come again neither I pass through this store it's stinks

This place pushes you to but their off brand products, everything they recommend to you is off brand and they make commission off those and those little portable travel bottleS. DONT SHOP HERE

Dont even bother . Dont let the phony sales fool u . They are WAY overpriced . No return policy either . Also the perfume are OLDER and smell completly off and very weak . Not dure how this place is still in business

Delainey, Matthew and Sally were so lovely and helpful! I am a fragrance novice and I am also extremely sensitive to fragrance so I was on the lookout for something that was light enough to not give me a migraine but still smelled nice. They took so much time to show me a bunch of product that they thought fit the bill. I was so blown away by the level of kindness they had shown me, I had tried a few other stores in the mall that day and wasn't met with nearly the same level of warmth. So thank you 3 for being such wonderful humans! I'll definitely be back!

Wayyy overpriced, Nordstroms, and even Saks fifth in south coast plaza have same fragrances at lower cost.

One of the workers was very accommodating and nice until the cashier had to ring us up. The cashier was rude and condescending, and she mocked my dad for not speaking English even though she knew which language we were speaking in.

The worker helping me was polite and knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. The manager(I'm assuming) however was extremely rude with little to no customer skills. Would highly recommend looking up the colognes you're looking at because many are way overpriced. The scents I got thankfully were at the same average price as other retailers, but that's only because of the sale they had

This place is so rude and dishonest. There no return policy on the receipt so when I tried return 2 perfumes they gave me a hard time made me feel like I was wrong. When i asked to speak to the main manager she got upset and said she was the main manager. When i asked for corporate number she got even more mad .and then refuned my purchase . When I walked in she had an additude and made me feel like I was d**** Dont ever buy from here. Zero stars if possible

The employee helping me was very nice. She was patient and friendly. That is why I actually consider giving 2 starts. I paid $95 (original price around $148) for Mine pour Homme. After I read the reviews and I went to check the price online and it’s crazy! The same cologne and size for $22 and $23 on the PrefumeSpot and Amazon, respectively. I’m still laughing. I guess if you come here, check the prices on the web as well. Well, now I know. Read the reviews!!! I don’t mind the money, it is just the dishonesty. That is not the market value.

Very overpowering scents. You can smell this place before you can see it! Luckily I knew what I wanted to buy. I didn't have to spend much time inside so I didn't end up with a headache.

Had no issues as others commented at all. They had what I was looking for, which was Cartier Declaration. The girl helping us(forgot her name) was pretty damn knowledgeable, she did have us smell several perfumes for my wife but did not end up liking any of those fragrances. When we let her know what we were looking for she pointed us to the scent we wanted on the first try. I digged the experience... even though it may be overwhelming for your nose due to all the different scents it was a good experience. Plus my purchase was ten dollars cheaper than it would have been at a department store, I wouldn't recommend getting your favorite scent from an online store and my wife's perfume ended up being half off because we each bought a fragrance.
