This place was one of our favorite spots at Ontario Mills for buying clothes but now we usually don't come here anymore. Their products' quality has gone down a lot in recent years. The price is also high considering the quality even though their products are on sale most of the time. Most of their clothes are made of low quality polyester and overpriced. You will be lucky enough if the clothes last more than 3 or 4 washes. So far we have no complaints about their customer service. But they seriously need to improve the quality of their products if they wanna regain their old reputation.

The BEST Forever 21 I've Ever Been to! It has 2 floors and clothes for children, men, women, boys and girls. Very organized and well stocked. The customer service is very good. The staff are very nice and very helpful. THE BEST‼️?

This store quality has gone down the dressing rooms are ridiculously dirty it’s not acceptable to think it’s ok for a customer to try on new clothes in this environment I went into two dressing rooms and each one was dusty and musty as hell the walls had all kind of stains and the bench!!! For you to sit on come on now there is no way this store is being cleaned everyday. Please do better so customers are comfortable shopping here.

The girls are usually great but today’s experience was unpleasant. Cashier Roselyn left us together with two other checkouts to answer the phone, I get that the store phones have to be answered but call someone else to assist you with checkout and don’t be rude like Roselyn and yell out to your customers that they have to wait to follow on and leve for more than 5 minutes. Ask nicely and we will understand, don’t yell as you’re walking away. On the bright side I found the perfect pink dress I was looking for.

It's a beautiful store with lots of styles and sizes. This store is huge!!!! Inside is very clean. They also have a 21 Men and Kids section in this store. So come with the entire family. I could spend at least an hour shopping here. Love the accessories and shoes too. Okay gotta go. Need to stimulate the economy now:) *Plenty of free parking.

great customer service, I rarely try anything on because they're feeling rooms are always full but overall everything is nice organized and the register cashier girls are very nice they're always smiling and greeting you at all times

Attrocious .the wonderland of cheap low quality overpriced polyester. You d be lucky if the clothes last more than 2 wash . Grossly overpriced some 80 120$ this is mind blowing . Since when forever 21 cost more than zara ? most ugly fast fashion i ve seen. The people who design those thing clearly never thought they need to be worn.... walked in had a good laugh walked out . Absolutely ridiculous ... complete mess very disorganized .
