"Isaiah" curly head and security just standing around talking in a group . And having associate "Jordan " do all the work . It's f*cking bullshit . I don't tolerate people who look down on others . I asked "Isaiah " for help and he points to jordan saying it's "sections " they each take care of ... so I guess Isaiah and two security guards are in charge of watching the clothing rack haha . Just standing around it together chit chatting . Fire this man.

Was told I couldn't exchange for a different pair (due to a flaw in the original shoes) even with a gift receipt. I asked about a refund to a gift card then, he said the shoes "were creased up" even though my daughter only tried the shoes on once and only in the store. He reluctantly exchanged for a different pair only after alluding to the flaw in the original pair being part of all the shoes. Both the Ontario Mills location and the Victoria Gardens location were rude and it didn't seem like any of them wanted to be there.

People are nice here but good luck trying to buy anything. We waited forever to buy shoes and there were plenty of people working. 4 cash registers and only 1 running some of the time.

I usually purchase online through finishline but today 7/29/23 we decided to go in and purchase some shoes for my daughter. She chose some td sz pink mid jordans..they gave her 1 shoe and said they would hold the other up front..she liked em so we got in line. They got the shoe box and we paid and went on our way. When we got home my daughter wanted to try em both on. We have super bright light and noticed the shoe laces were dirty..looked at them closer and bottom had stains like they were used and cleaned. We what are clearly used shoes. Now we have to go back to return them. Last time I purchase in store

The worst experience received from the manager at this Finish Line store located at Ontario Mills. I can say this company has lost a customer. My son purchased a pair of crocs a month ago, they were the wrong size. We approached the cashier to ask for a return, of which only managers are authorize to complete. My son handed him the crocs with the receipt, of which the shoes had tags still intact, the manager of who refused to give me his name because it's "company policy", told him he couldn't accept the return because they were worn. I watched the transaction occur in front of me. So I stepped in to this conversation, I spoke with the manager and told him this shoes had not been wore, they couldn't have been, it was not the right size. The manager very condesending and rude told me that I was wrong and the shoes were wore because it had black scuff on the bottom of the shoe. I continued to explain that what he is claiming could have happened while the shoes were at the store. The shoes were white, trying them on at his store could have gotten them dirty. He remained very rude and said no he was not accepting the return. I asked to speak to someone above him, he said he was the main manager, I said no corporate. He stated he doesn't have corporate number, but the assistant supervisor was able to hand me customer service number. I express that this was by far the worst experience ever, of which he said he didn't think so,as he has been acknowledge for his excellent customer service. Once the assistant supervisor hands me a sticky note with customer service number, the audacious manager, says if you want corporate phone number look it up yourself as he walks away. I have never been so disrecpected as a customer, clearly they don't want my business.

Was greeted upon arrival and the sales associates were very helpful, will come again ! They have more sales than other stores.

The employees were very warm and welcoming and were able to help me find some super cute items! The place was also very clean and organized.

They have a lot more woman’s clothes than before and a better shoe selection! The employees were friendly and the worker at the register walked me through how to pay with after pay.

Andy, the manager helped me very specifically was able to assist me with the size educated me with the fact that these run a little smaller he was super kind and I just made the entire experience easy and delightful. Thank you, Andy.

didn't get any help from the sales rep on the floor but they were holiday busy so I understand luckily I helped them out by convincing my friend to buy a pair of shoes no problem ill always come back because I simply love their selection of many different shoe brands

Girl had disgusting attitude looked shocked when I asked her for help , bad demeanor , mean face then when I let her know her attitude towards people is horrible , she goes to tattle to another associate . Then she approached me trying to defend her behaviors towards customers. Never have I seen this type of gross behavior from employees
