With Cece's calm and professional demeanor from start to finish, we understood our documents to an even greater extent, signed, dated and had our signatures notarized. The Ontario, CA branch is not our home office. Many kudos to Cece and her manager for their diligence and insistence upon fully understanding our documents before proceeding with the notarization duties. “WARNING to consumers for bank cards; debit... Understand how your chip enabled cards impact your ability to file claims if your funds are stolen through fraud. We used our chip enabled Capital One issued card, at an ATM and our funds were accessed and lost over $1000 through ATM theft. Capital One denied our claim for a refund of stolen funds, the reason being- use of chip enabled card at an ATM that was chip enabled? Doesn't make any sense, theft is theft. And always follow up with a police report too!”
