Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.

Although I was concerned about visiting after reading 2 negative reviews I read the responses from the business and decided to give Ferguson a try. I was greeted as soon as I entered and asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for and the guy offered to show me what they had. In the end, they didn't have what I needed but as it was for a non-plumbing use I completely understood. I will definitely be back!

I had a 5 yr old leaking AO Smith water heater I had purchased elsewhere. That place was giving me a hard time to do an exchange even though AO Smith had authorized it. I tried Ferguson and they did the swap, no questions asked!! Thank you Ferguson!!

Came in to buy a new tub spout diverter and Robert helped me and he knew everything I needed. Super helpful don’t hesitate to come here they will get everything you need. Definitely will come here for all my plumbing needs.

I went to pick up my kids from school and this guy blocked the whole driveway and the sidewalk that is not cool at all he make my kids go on the street when he couldn't make a right turn and you said no I'm not going to make a right turn I got to go straight and make a right he even make the guy in the wheelchair go on the street and you have problems going back into the Curve

The guy at the counter helped me out big time. I didn't have the right parts and he walked me over to the parts he had that would work. Pex expansion in all different shapes and sizes. Fittings of every type of plumbing. Home depot or lowes don't have anything in stock and there knowledge of parts is not satisfactory anymore. This is my go to store for any plumbing needs.

This place is terrible, they won't work with small businesses. Attempted to return a part, they gave me the runaround very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager Robert and they would not take back a part because it had water on it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else, they won't work with you.

The employees were polite but they only cater to companies and not the general public. I called and told them what I needed as a home owner, I wished they would have told me that over the phone and saved me the trip. This is not the Ferguson on N. Sacramento. The Ferguson on N. Sacramento was very helpful and also very polite. I give them 4⭐stars!
