This place needs to be shut down and then burned to the ground. Why they’re even allowed to operate under dishonest people is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and just use UPS or USPS.To the driver: STOP saying delivery attempt without actually making an attempt. I have cameras and it’s CLEAR you never made it to my front door. This is now the 3rd time this company has failed me. I wish all business would just boycott this stupid company. I HATE hearing i have a package being delivered through them. I wish as a consumer spending her HARD EARN CASH , had an option.I HATE YOU FEDEX

I was standing outside when truck drove through my apartment complex didn't even slow down and got an alert saying they attempted delivery . And I can pick up my package tomorrow in Ontario. The driver did not even try .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!! Paid for 2nd day air for delivery to be thwarted by, I don’t know if it’s a lazy, incompetent, or an irresponsible driver. Had two tracking numbers for items purchased on one invoice, from one retailer, but shipped from two different cities. Original scheduled delivery day, received a message saying no access (not true, gates have been open all month). Next delivery attempt (the next day), same message. I was waiting outside when I supposedly missed the delivery. Gate open, no driver seen, but still, message from FedEx saying no access. Original call to customer service, after giving some info on one of the tracking numbers, i was transferred to speak with a “supervisor” on the “escalation team”. Nothing was resolved though. Just notes and a supposed investigation including messages sent to the FedEx hub in Ontario. Called back to confirm both tracking numbers were escalated and was told a supervisor wasn’t available by one CSR, then told they don’t “escalate” calls and/or send to “supervisors” by another CSR. Really FedEx?? You guys can’t be that amateurish. To get three different responses to something as simple as asking to speak to a supervisor…to listen to each rep contradict the last rep, while being told there is a script that they must follow indicates a different level of ineptitude. No solutions provided. No solid indications on resolution. Just a bunch of this may happen, that may happen. We may try to redeliver today, the Ontario hub may reach out, you may get a call today or it may be up to two business days. If I can help it, I will never do business with FedEx again. I understand, especially in shipping, things happen, but the level of incompetence and either, blatant dishonesty or lack of knowledge of the standard policies for FedEx is troubling at best. Will never ship via FedEx and if items are being shipped to me via FedEx, I’m gonna pass.

I had put in the correct delivery address to my house and when I went to check the tracking, it said the Package was delayed because of an incorrect address. I checked the address and it was in fact correct. To avoid any additional delays, I requested for them to hold it at an Office Depot location where I would go pick it up. My package still hasn’t been delivered there and it says it’s at a fedex ship site. This is so upsetting and I really didn’t expect this from FedEx but after looking at the other reviews here, I’m not surprised now.I hope they don’t loose my package. Like UPS, unprofessional and incompetent

Quick and easy location to drop off larger items and equipment if needed like we do. Plenty of parking space out front when we arrived middle of day. Front desk was very helpful and came outside to confirm our shipment size before we unloaded.Additional note: max weight for shipments is 150lb exactly. DO NOT ship heavier than this or they won't accept it.

They take FOREVER to help us! Many of us have pre labeled packages ready to drop but they don’t have the self serve machine and the attendants don’t try to speed up the line like other fedex offices and take those of us ready to drop and go who just need receipts.

Incompetent employees and drivers. Not one time have I ever gotten a package on time. FedEx needs to clean the entire house and get competent employees. The lazy staff and drivers is on a new level of BS. I’ve never had issues with UPS and USPS. You also can never connect with anyone over the phone, they purposely do not want customers calling because they know they are constantly dealing with angry customers due to the horrible service. What a joke.
