Worst service ever. Employee at printing counter was the only one actually working. I've been here for 30 minutes and the line has not moved. Manager and cashier just standing around doing nothing. Maybe they should be trained in helping out when needed.

Worst service ever!!! There was 3 workers "working" and only one worker actually working her name was Ysabel the rest of the workers playing around. I waited in line for 30min and they kept looking at me without trying to help me checkout. This was 5pm on Saturday August 12th,2023, finally a worker by the name Kenny offered to check us out. Waited so long do not recommend waisting your time going.

Manny was a great help with his customer service. My wife and I came in looking for a shredder we saw online. They didn't have the sale in the store but Manny found us a similar shredder around the same price. He was very quick to find a solution and help satisfy the customer. Thanks again Manny!

Very neat, well stocked, and excellent customer service. I walked in, was greeted and directed to my product. Price matched and gave and additional discount. In and out within 15mins and got a great deal.

If your looking to print bachelorette party novelty type games don't waste your time coming here. The printer "specialist" Serena, deemed my game as "porn" so they refused to print the game... go to staples instead!

Went in to make copies, scan and email documents. There were some of the usual challenges one experiences with electronics, ink, etc. Amal, was very patient with me and walked me through all my options and went out of her way to help. After understanding my options & conversation, I returned home to pick up some missing items before coming back to the store. Upon returning, Alondra picked up where Amal had left off. She was kind, patient and very helpful. Alondra and Amal assisted me with all my printing/communication needs and simplified what i needed to do all while helping other customers at the same time. Both Amal and Alondra were patient, kind, professional, and maintained a sincere positive and happy attitude during my experience. Kudos to Office Depot for employing these two individuals. Give them a raise!!!

Yesterday around 3:00 PM I was trying to drop a box to the printing area for Fedex Ground. The lady at the printer area counter tells me that they cannot take it. When I asked the reason she said that is bigger than the ones they regularly take. I tried to explain that it was hard for me to take it to a Fedex location but she just gave me a not my problem attitude. I wish that she would have been more empathetic, like the previous guys that worked in the same area before.

I went in today to get some pictures of characters printed and Mar was super helpful!! She went above in beyond in her customer service and her actual service and she did it so joyfully! Her joyfulness when working made my day, Thank you!!
