I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.

The tools I order came extremely fast and when I ordered I messed up and didn't get the free promotional item added to the order. I emailed customer service and they took care of it immediately. I had the promotional item within 4 days! Awesome customer service, I will definitely buy from them again!

Had a issue with my order but got great customer service that corrected the issue immediately.Had the missing item within two days.Very impressed and happy. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Was looking for a cordless Milwaukee rotary kit. Factory Authorized Outlet had the best price. I also needed very quickly for a upcoming birthday and they were able to get it to me incredibly fast and with days to spare! This will be my first stop from now on when looking for tool and equipment!!

I have purchased from Factory Authorized Outlet three times. I was a little skeptical the first time as I found them advertising on FB and the pricing seemed a little too good. I confirmed they are distributor for Milwaukee tools. Each time the merchandise arrived within a few days, I will purchase from them again.

Updating* This review that I made a short time ago. I had Ed from management who called me just a few minutes ago and I’m very happy to say thank you for taking the time out and calling me personally. You talked to me with the up most respect and with the understanding on why I wrote that review. He even let me know that the company didn’t have the same item in stock but he made a way for me not to be stuck with the issue I had. He worked out my problem simply and fast so thanks again Ed.

Authorized Factory Outlet had a great deal on a Milwaukee saw I had been wanting for awhile but the regular price was just a little high to justify replacing my existing one. Once I saw they were running the saw deal with a free battery it was definitely worth the money. Will definitely be checking back with FAO for any of my future power tool needs.

My Milwaukee 2362-20 M12 12V Led Lantern/Flood Light - Bare Tool arrived in very good shape in only 4 days. I had to pay minimal shipping but was still cheaper than any other source. I will order from Factory Authorized Outlet again.
