The staff are friendly and helpful. They answer all your questions and don't try to rush you. The prices are very affordable. Great atmosphere.

edit: i asked if they had the password to the icloud and they said no. there is no way to use it if they don't have the password. as soon as i would have went home and updated the computer, this would have happened, the apple store just happened to do it for me. it's not that it was 'working' when i left, it just wasn't updated.

Horrible customer service. The old man is miserable with his own life and takes it out on customers. Would never recommend anyone coming here for any business. Horrible pawn shop.

What is the definition of pond scum. Euclid Loan and Jewelry. My son is a regular customer where he receives the lowest prices due to his disease caused alcoholism. Shame on you. I was in the military 25 years and this kind of place feeds off their low income military personnel as well which is why they surround themselves around bases. You could be honorable and refuse to give service.

VERY, VERY expensive if you are looking to buy. Go to eBay and pay half of what this place is asking. Also they are firm on all the overpriced merchandise.

Not going to bother coming back here. Seems like they have decent stuff, but they are unwilling to bargain, AT ALL! I found them on offer up, where I am supposed to make an offer but after inquiring about pricing, they didn’t want to budge and a guy came out from the back trying to intimidate me, also not a good look. I do not recommend wasting your time coming here. They will soon go out of business with how they are overpriced and how they treat customers. PS I don’t resell, I collect.

I have been coming here for years and i have no complaints they have loaned me $ for jewelry and i have got jewelry on lay away ..i read some of the reviews ..but just as some of the reviews say not to trust the EUCLID LOAN & JEWELRY CO..how do you think they feel ? If people come in trying to say something is gold/silver and is not ? everyone is nice and yes the older gentleman is more on the serious side but also nice .(5star)

Beware..I took a couple of 10oz silver slab's that I bought from one of the biggest sellers of precious metals in the U.S.A..he tested them and told me 3 of them were fake.. I took the slabs to a silver broker 2 days later and they told me they were .999 % pure silver. Not sure if he was inept or trying to cheat me.

Worst place to come lease read and avoid this place is a scam I came today after speaking with the lady over the phone and explained to her what I have and so on she tells me ohh we can help you out what your asking is not to much then I get there and she did a switch bate and tried to lower my items to pennys when it was worth over 400$ I told her why did you switch from what you told me on the phone remind you my item was not broken, damaged or unappealing the store itself has nothing I would avoid this place it a SCAM !!!!
