We had a catastrophic truck failure with our 2022 RAM's transmission while towing a trailer full of our daughter's stuff to Tennessee. We were under a hard time deadline, and after getting our truck to a dealership for repairs, I found this Enterprise to find a replacement rental truck, since ours was gonna be out of commission for a while. The lady that greeted me at the counter was very sweet. She did seemingly everything she could to get our rate down and also provided Wifey and I with a lot of extra miles, since we needed to drive the truck to TN and back to CA. Although the bill still stung a bit at the end, we were in a pickle because my RAM had failed, and this Enterprise helped me take care of my Family.

I went online to rent a box truck for 6 days for my trip to phoenix for work. I got a call 1 week before my booking to confirm the rental and I even told the guy I need it for my trip to Phoenix. When I landed at Ontario airport I uber directly to the Enterprise and was about 30 mins before my expected rental time. As I was checking in they ask me about insurance coverage for the truck. I ask what it cover such as theft and damage to the truck and told them I was going expect 700 miles on the truck as I was heading to Phoenix. That was when I was told the truck could not leave California. I was told that it was a regional manager decision so it was not listed on the website. I even told the guy who called where I was going and he told me it was fine. How the hell were you to know any of this if they do not put on website or even let you know on the phone. All in all this company wasted my time and money. Never going near Enterprise again. Failure to provide any necessary information on the website as they are making up rules for each state as they feel like it.

Will never come to this enterprise truck rental again they are rude and if they don’t like you they make it hard on you to rent a truck even with all the paperwork and requirements wasted my time don’t go here to waste your time

Worst car/truck rental experience ever. I got dropped off on a Thursday to get a truck rental that I already had booked. I spoke to someone over the phone that morning. I thought everything was good. I show up and they don't let me rent a truck if it isn't under a credit card. Mind you I can rent a van and other vehicles but not a truck. Something I was NOT told over the phone and I wasted time and gas money to get there. Now I'm stuck here because my wife left to work and now I have to waste even more money to Uber home. When I explained this to the manager he gave me attitude and told me "well I can't do nothing for you" do not come here, go to hertz or budget.

I'm warning you not to trust whatever they tell you. Take it with a grain of salt. I needed a cargo van to use for work because mine was stolen, and I needed something for at least a week while I worked on finding another vehicle to buy. I had already booked a mini cargo van with another location; however, this location had the full-size cargo, so I changed my booking to here. They were more expensive than the other Enterprise location, and they did not honor the military discount that Enterprise offers, but I wasn't in a position to quibble about such things.I spoke to a man (I don't know his name, but he had an accent, possibly Middle Eastern) and scheduled an early morning pickup for the following day and asked for reassurance that the van would for sure be there and asked was there a possibility of something going wrong. He told me that they had the van on site and he was looking right at it, which made me feel secure about it. I should have known better. I was getting dressed and ready to leave from Lake Elsinore to pick it up at 8:30 AM, when I received a call at 7:00 from an employee who had bad news: my vehicle had just been returned by another person with damage to top, thus they would not be able to rent it to me in that condition. So much for it already being on the lot the day before. I told him I was really counting on this rental, and he started to give me a platitude about how he understands the inconvenience. I cut him off and said no you don't understand. I stand to lose a lot of money if I don't have a truck.He then said that they were supposed to be receiving two more cargo vans, and that he would let me know when they became available. I wanted to know what time, and he said at 9:00 AM they were due. He offered to try and reach those customers to make sure, and he was going to call me as soon as he knew something. You know what? I NEVER heard from them again. They just left me at home doing the tuna, and I'd bet money that the story about the damage to the van being just that, a story. Their standard line.Fortunately, I didn't wait very long before I started looking around for an alternative. I couldn't find any location with a cargo van available on such short notice, but it was just my luck that the original Enterprise I had set up before still had the mini cargo van (Nissan NV200) available, and I quickly snapped it up and ended up using it for 17 days. It actually ended up being the perfect van for my needs, and I saved A LOT of money in comparison. They were great, and they DID honor the military discount of 5% off. I'm glad I didn't wait around for these people. I realize things happen, but I feel I was misled, and they certainly didn't handle the situation properly in completely shining me on. I was having a lot of misfortune and they only compounded it. That's now how you treat your clients. I hope to never do business with them. The other location I would go to again in a heartbeat. I suppose it could have been worse; they could have made me drive out there for nothing and then leave me hanging. I'm at least grateful for that much.In sum, caveat emptor if you deal with them. Until you're driving off the lot, assume nothing.

This Enterprise location has the most courteous friendly staff I have ever seen. Danielle is helpful, kind and has a great smile on her face the entire time. Cedric was also just a joy. He was smiling, handling all the customers and seemed to be loving his job. Customer Service here was outstanding! Keep up the good work. In a time Where people cannot keep employees, it was just a pleasure to watch these employees in action.

Daniel Y. made sure to take care of me despite their corporate customer service booking a truck they didn't have. He was able to get me one nearby and was very pleasant. I was there right at opening and everyone was there one time. I didn't catch the woman's name while there but she was polite and very helpful as well. A+!!!!
