Had some important receipts and free breakfast cards thrown away. Dirty towels were removed but not replaced by their cleaning service. Management was great about resolving the issues the best they could.

This has become my go to hotel while traveling, but something rubbed me the wrong way recently. I called and made a reservation and decided to use some Hilton Honor points as well as credit card. When i arrived to the room, I noticed the room wasn’t the suite style with a living room. After talking to the front desk I was put in a regular suite, but the damage was done. I kind of felt as if I were being tossed in a crappy room because I used some points and didn’t have to pay full price. A person who doesn’t know any better would have been taken full advantage of. Completely unacceptable. Also, why is breakfast at 7:30am on the weekend? That’s waaay too late. I would recommend before booking your room to make sure it’s the room style you want.

Oh my. This Embassy is absolutely disgusting. The staff is wonderful but you simply can't overlook the filth and cost. It is an embarrassing hotel to the Ontario area and the Hilton chain. Please see pics and let me be clear when I say I am not a complainer much less demanding. I'm the customer that will wait for a Mgr anywhere to compliment bc nobody does. But this situation deserves the time! I switched rooms 3 times, 3 floors bc they were so gross. Look at the elevator pics over 3 days- I complained abt the filth-obvious spit on the doors- and they did send housekeeping immediately! Look how beautifully they cleaned- they wiped and left. The coffee spills, popcorn and paper products sat the whole weekend!The ? ? ? Most heavily used/ dirtiest area of hotel and the tiniest to clean! But no. I think the most disgusting part is watching Employees use the very area and be ok with it! It's revolting and a health hazard to say the least. How's keeping told me that each floor has a different supervisor and they are subcontracted.So each floor has a different cleanliness level and cleaning procedure based on staff supervisor. Just odd. Breakfast omelets dont make up for the gross neglected building. Carpet, walls, furniture are stained and even tiles are broken. Everywhere!DO NOT STAY HERE. It's awful and the highest priced. Embarrassing embassy.Rooms: Disgusting. Hair. cracked tiles. Stained sofa. Dirty shower door.

My daughter stayed at Embassy Suites in Ontario, CalifWhile on vacation, and they enjoyed their stay at the Embassy.Rooms: Very clean and beautifully designed and decorated.

Stayed here for business purposes. I could not get any work done in my own room due to horrible wifi connection. Other than that, the room was nice, the dining experience was great and the staff is very friendly.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time i have to, the hotel overall is nice, staff was nice. The reason for my 1 star is because we spent a week there and only 1 time we had our room clean and thats because we requested it. The other thing is they charge you 15 dollars per day for parking and it is very difficult to find parking when you get there late, i think it should be free because of that.. also the room we got the bed was super squeeky sounded like it was going to break.
