Ladies there were soo rude and unhelpful. I went to pick up an order. I showed the lady my email since she was asking me for a pin code, I told her this is all I have it says pin code there, she supposedly tried it and it didn't work she said it's through text not email. I no longer had the phone number that was registered but thankfully my cousin has that phone number and I was able to get the text and I showed the other lady and she she was like ahh yes it's that one I let her input it and she gave me my things and I told her look at the pin code on the email and the one on text it was literally the same pin code but the other lady was just giving me such a hard time. I asked her to try it again from the beinning and she said no I need the pin code I asked her to read it on the email as that's what it said and she just said no I don't know what that is but she didn't even take the time and just made me waste my time calling customer service and trying to get that text. Will never be going back!

I have used this company for printing and faxing only! My review will be based on that.I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.

Horrible services, they don't have enough technology and tools for FedEx shipping. They even can't print a FedEx label from email. Don't go to this place, a FedEx Center is nearby and service is so much better.Terrible service, they do not have the necessary tools or technology to make FedEx shipments. So slow and inefficient, they made me wait for a free fedex envelope while I could put my papers in the envelope, I could finish attending to the others but the inept Vivian left me in the end, I'm sure people go there only out of necessity, not because I like it and they make a kk face if they see a lot of people and apart from that it stinks of a new box, I mean fish and this hot one disgusted me. And the other girl using the client's first name speaking so naca and unprofessional.They are the perfect description of inefficiency, Vivian unable to multitask. Pretty sure people go there because they need to not by choice. Ill be complaining to Fedex, they almost wanted to charge me for a free envelope. smells funky. Not returning.

I was quoted a price of $997 in total, paid a $250 deposit fee, and now the car is being delivered and they said they need another $1000.00 from me. I emailed and the broker Tom from ******** Dispatchers & Auto ********** Services LLC, or ******* shipping said I should have know that they were the broker and they would charge on top of that price. This place is a great resource for individuals and businesses in Ontario. This is a small business that's family run and the people whom own it are wonderful! They go out of there way to take care of their customers. Ive utilized the shipping services, Dmv transaction services and have been a P.O. Box customer for over three years. I have also sent money to family abroad here with there wire services. Once I completely forgot to pay and they didn't give me a hard time. Really great services and pleasant people to regularly do business with!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Today is 5-18. Thet were supposed to deliver my package 5-17. Checked tracking--it said delivery attempted at 3:50 pm and that "Business" was closed. I live in mobile home park, It's not a business. Gate may have been closed temporarily. People drive in and out every few min. I was home all day until 6:30 pm, when I had to leave, Why couldn't they call the phone nbr on record? Why couldn't they use the key pad located by the front gate to contact a resident? I did nothing wrong but am expected to accept their poor service without redress? Their tracking site now says I have to wait until Monday, the 20th, no later than 8pm. Whatever happened to returning the following day to facilitate delivery? So much for Amazon's excellent service! FedEx works for them, but not for me. Very Unhappy Customer
