The breakfast was ok, it wasn’t set up well and was more difficult for families. The rooms were nice though. Minimal parking available.

Beautiful hotel. Previous stay made me come back. However. This past stay was difficult. Ants in bed, shower and walls. Moved rooms, same. Sold out hotel gave me sold out suffering. I will have to try again. I dont want this my memory.

Went to a concert at the Toyota arena, and it was great to be able to walk right across the street to go to bed. On top of that the room was amazing and the staff were very polite and professional.

Stayed there for 5 days:Pros:- Great location! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance- Clean! The rooms and the hotel in general feels new!Cons:- Room: Mattress and Pillows are not comfy at all!- Service: very poor. housekeeping is scheduled to happen every other day. But they don't respect that schedule, you have to keep chasing them to make sure its done.- Shower: Poor water pressure

Hotel is rather new, in a good, safe and quiet location. Check-in was a brief. Room was OK and modern with a lot of electric outlets etc. Parking lot had a lot of space with chargers reserved for EV’s if you are into that. Breakfast was rather limited/poor and of the many hotels visited on this trip this brekfast was in a class by itself negatively speaking (Visited on a weekend, mybe better on weekdays). A little bit on the expensive side compared to other hotels in the area and what you get for the $$$ paid.Rooms: Lots of outlets for electronics for working etc. Room is spacious with a big fridge and some cooking utensils.

The hotel is newish and modern, but beware it's one of those hotels that has cut back on cleaning services to cut costs. My room was to be cleaned after the 2nd night (3rd day). I had my do not disturb sign on while my toddler napped until 11:30am. I called the front desk to confirm that my room would be cleaned (it was starting to smell of trash, wet towels, diapers, etc.). The front desk agent confirmed I was on the schedule. I left for the day and came back to my room not cleaned and was at the front desk at midnight asking for trash bags and towels. The next morning at check out the clerk asked how much stay was and I shared my experience. Apparently the Manager eavesdrops on these conversations and called the front desk, interrupting my conversation with the employee to tell him that I had my do not disturb sign up at 11am and it was documented and that's why they didn't clean. My fault, not theirs. I guess they didn't check the call logs to verify I called down at 11:30am to ask about it. I wasn't looking for compensation, points, or anything - i was just sharing my experience. But this interaction made me angry. Instead of owning the mistake, this eavesdropping manager called down and blamed me. The cut off times for room clean up are not published anywhere, I called when my toddler woke up from my nap at a reasonable time for housekeeping. I paid for 3 nights at a hotel and did not have a single visit for housekeeping. The room got gross, smelly, drying with wet towels, just a disgusting experience. I didn't book an AirBNB, but a full service hotel - but once you check in you are on your own... and forget about management owning up to it with a simple apology. Also when I checked in late in the evening around 11pm, there were no baggage carts. The front desk told me I could go search for them on each floor. How welcoming. This hotel has potential, but the manager clearly has no clue what customer service is and how to take accountability for their mistakes. The nightly rate was not inexpensive and I should have received a way better experience. Shame on this property as it is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand.

Pathetic treatment of customers. My room was not even serviced. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. My package of 300 dollars was reported missing. I am very disappointed. I stayed for 12 days here. I expect better.

Really like this hotel. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Lots of outlets for USB and other electronics for working folks like myself. Room is very spacious, and so is the bathroom!! Love that they have a restaurant and bar on the premises. Great breakfast layout with fresh cut fruit! Also appreciate the 24hr coffee and fruit infused water ? Service is also top notch.

Robert was amazing! We had a particular situation that we needed his assistance with and he was super helpful in making sure our stay went smoothly without a hitch. Diego was also great! The customer service and attention to detail by this front desk team is unmatched. We will definitely be coming back the next time we're in town.Safety: Robert takes safety very seriously. The right amount of protocols are in place to make sure the guest experience and safety are a priority and as guest you can feel that when you arrive at this property.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay here. The service was top-notch, the rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast was delightful. The urban yet tranquil location added to the overall charm of the place. Highly recommended!
