Spoke with a salesman. I needed a generator no taller than han 20 inches to fit in my pick up bed and be under the camper cover. I bought the Duramax generator and it fits perfectly. It also starts first try. Thank you so much. I received it within a week of ordering it. Very satisfied.

We purchased a generator for our cabin in January 2021. Just recently the generator failed. I looked on the website of the business and found a repair shop associated with the product and contacted them and off we go. A seriously good experience from the drop of the generator at the repair shop in Warren RI, to dealing with Brandon at Electric Generator Depot. Both businesses were in touch with me from the diagnosis to the delivery of the new generator as my old one was covered under warranty. I would recommend these folks to anyone as I have done over the past year and will continue to recommend them going forward.Nice job folks and thank you for a good experience.

We had an issue with our Duromax generator after about a year and after it was discovered to be multiple issues, we were quickly sent a replacement. It was a huge relief to know that Electric Generator Depot stands behind their products. You can buy from here with confidence!

I have to admit that some of the older reviews gave me a little bit of concern, but I'm glad that I took the chance. Brandon Brower answered my questions and took my order. When the first mower arrived damaged, he gave me options (replace/field repair/partial credit). I weighed the risks and decided to RMA and have him replace it. He held a unit for me pending the return of the defective model, and shipped out the new mower promptly. Couldn't be more pleased with the price, speed or service. Highly recommend! Honda HRX217HZA

I couldn't say enough about Anthony Bustos. When a Amazon daily deal fell through due to a mishap of the item being accidentally put up for a very short time and taken right back down, I called and spoke to Anthony Bustos who went above and beyond to help me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and needed 2 generators due to constant storms and power outages in my area and Anthony honored the price even though he didn't have to. Super great company. I contacted your company for a replacement battery for my Maxtools generator. Brandon Bower responded to my request and after investigating, he found the original equipment replacement, but on back order. Shortly, he contacted me to advise he had found a different replacement battery that could be obtained quicker. He had arranged for the battery to be tested to ensure it was a proper fit for my generator. He obtained the battery and shipped it to me. I received the battery and it was a perfect fit, installed easily and works great. Big thanks to Brandon and his outstanding effort to meet my need.

I can't say enough good things about the folks here. I dealt with Brandon on an issue with a warranty repair on my Duromax in a remote location where the nearest service center was 100+ miles away. Not only did Brandon identify the issue quickly and with exper precision but they sent me the part and it was easily repaired in place instead of a costly transport. If you are in the market do not hesitate to give these guys your business. They are amazing.
