I had a very, very bad experience buying shoes at ECCO yesterday. On November 26, I bought two pairs of shoes of the same size and different colors at Ecco in Desert Hill Outlet. After taking them back, my friend chose one pair and wanted to return the other pair. After all, the return and exchange policy is very nice. Yesterday, when I went to Ecco's Ontario Mills store to return the product, the cashier(employee: 003116) said that it cannot be returned. If you return it, you will have to pay another $1.02 because this is a Black Friday discount. Then I said I would think about it. Later, I chose a pair of women's shoes as a gift so that I could exchange them. The cashier still said no, and his attitude was very bad. If you want to exchange, you have to buy women's shoes plus the $1.02 that will be refunded. I said this is unfair, and then he told me I either keep this pair of shoes or exchange them for other sizes. He also said that he was very nice and if the manager came he would ask me to take both pairs of shoes and return them.

0 stars6 people standing around not one of them approach to see if the only client in the store needs help. Horrible customer service. Then they wonder why their sales are so low.

Spouse needed new shoes and decided to get 2 pair as there was a promotion. He could only find the black in his size but not the brown. Luis spent a lot of time searching to find a pair. The computer said they had 1 pair but they were inot going to be found. Luis did eventually find them and spouse was very happy with such great service. Thank you for going the extra mile with a smile.

I always buy my shoes from Ecco shoes, but this time I had a very bad experience.I went to Ecco in Ontario mill mall. After 2 minutes from my arrival I saw an employee yelling at my wife and talking to her in a bad way. He was blaming her why she opened the shoe box without his help so he needs to put it back and this extra work from him. I asked him to calm down and I told him we had just arrived. He said in a bad way: I saw her.really my wife was heart he is treating her like she is stealing. Then he called his manager. Her name is Haydee asking me how she can help me. I explained to her in a nice way what happened and she replied to me he was right. I asked her if we have not touched anything! We go to any store but have never experienced anything like this before.She said these are the rules. I told her to hang a sign saying You can't touch the shoes.I stopped talking to her and went to the cashier to pay. She was nice and started to apologize to me.

Wow what a store , came here before I made purchase online , two staff just continue chatting and never even ask me if I need help . Was in there for like 3-5 minutes no help and no hi and no service. They just chat and mind others business. This shoe store has the worst service . I went to Costa Mesa store and they were horrible and rude

This shop has no customer service at all! All clerks have poker face. When I went to returning a pair of full-price shoes I bought just two days ago, they falsely accused me of being a bulk buyer and refused to return. They only allowed me to exchange. When I asked the reason,They took out the sign hidden under the cabinet and said it was the store policy. I carefully read the regulations: Buying 6 pairs of the same style shoes will be considered a bulk buyer. I only bought five pairs of different style different size shoes. It's Christmas gifts for my family !When I pointed out that this rule has nothing to do with me, The store manager Haydee said that this is her store, and she thinks there's no difference between 5 pairs or 6 pairs! What the hack! Is this store policy or Haydee 's policy !? I want to sue them! BTW, what a stupid policy! If you think someone is a bulk buyer, you don't have to sell it to him, and you need to make his money while slandering him.
