Love this paint it is high quality and the staff at the vineyard store is soo nice and helpful ! They have a lot of new types of hybrid paints and choices for many surfaces !

My husband and I just purchased a home. We stopped by the Dunn-Edwards Paint store in Ontario and was greeted by Derek Han. He explained the gloss levels, suggested that we purchase a paint sample for the walls prior to painting the entire wall. He said it would be best to paint at eye level on a wall that has no sun light and on a wall that has sun light so that we can see if we are happy with the color before committing to the color on the paper. He was very friendly and informative. I am grateful to encounter customer service focused individuals in this time in age. Thank you Derek Han!

Attention Manager, Chris/Dave.I was extremely disappointed , The way the rep handled my rental was unprofessional and honestly it was like the rep was on vacation and didn't care.In short, We are a commercial account for over 25 years and this is the first time dealing with the Ontario store. We rented a OF165 floor grinder, when I picked it up it the tips were worn and the machine was dirty and it seemed like it just cam off rental without any service. I was told its fine and the tips are good and its ready for service.1. Installed tips and started the machine, the machine did not remove floor paint or make deep scratches at all.2. Added one weight supplied with rental and the machine motor kept tripping the overloads on the machine, It could not be ran with the weight on.3.Tried in different area of the floor and it still didn't work very well.4. I picked up the machine and noticed a tip was broken.5. I called the store to get some help but Dave and Chris were not in.6. I left broken tip in to try and get something done and I noticed bolts and screw coming out from under the machine and others fell out, when I picked it up the tip holders were not screwed in. Its like the machine has never been serviced.7. I called the store again and Dave was gone and Chris was out to lunch.I returned the machine and went over the above events and, yes its my fault the "machine is only three months old".I was informed that rentals do not get returns, I don't want to get into all the details of my interactions other than a full refund should of been applied to our account.I emailed and called the store to try and come up with something that is agreeable to both of us before I post a negative review and there was no response or return phone call.Hopefully there will be enough poor review that there will be a management change.

I'm giving five stars to Ashley Varga, their color consultant. She is just amazing at what she does. Extremely helpful and patient too! I corresponded with her for months as we couldn't really decide on which colors to pick for our house exterior paint. She gave us a lot of wonderful options based on our preferences. Always responded promptly to my emails. She sent us 3 renderings initially, which she did in less than 2 days! They were all nice but we eventually decided to change our shade from gray to beige. When I told her, she happily created 3 new renderings for us. She was just so supportive, excited and very professional. It took us a few months to get the house painted but we used one of the combinations she created for us. We're so happy and satisfied with the outcome that I emailed her right away and shared a photo of our house. Thank you so much again Ashley for everything! I hope you're able to help more people P.S. We also had a good experience with the other staff at this location. They're all nice and helpful.

Their paint recycling policy is make recycling as difficult as possible. They will make it as difficult so they can avoid dealing with recycling. 1. First they ask how much paint have because they have 20 gallon limit. 2. When you go to store they tell you Let me check if I have space. I told the associate I have already called in and talked to Eric. Still she insisted to check. 3. Next excuse for not taking paint was that the 5 gallon plastic container is missing small cap on the lid. I requested the young lady sandra Garcia can please accommodate it by putting some spare cap but she refused to even look for it. We don't have any and I can't take it. I am sure they have such a big store with so much inventory of all kind of containers they could have easily accommodated my request. Anyway, they have lost one loyal customer by this rigid attitude and policy. It is a classic case of making recycling difficult. .
