Poor experience at this tire shop... I took in two brand-new tires to get balanced and installed but installers over filled one tire and under filled the other - I checked tires after I left (also weary on balancing since two separate workers installed one). But I suggest to always check installers work because this is not the first time this has happened to me at same location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt - and I took another vehicle to install used tire and balance, but the installer did not do a good job since it was leaking air (based on this, decided not to go back). So, I took vehicle to another location to check stem but it was good still. So, I'm basing it on installer did not install tire properly when mounting it (possibly didn't seal properly, since I had to monitor tire and inflated tire multiple times to keep properly inflated). So, based on these experiences I would Not recommend this tire shop!

I am a single woman, and I always visit this tire place. Over the past year, I have brought two cars to Don Cortez for tire services: one old car barely hanging on and one new car that replaced it. Both times, the mechanics at Don Cortez demonstrated kindness, honesty, and respect.
This place is nothing fancy; there is no air-conditioned lounge or Wi-Fi. But it offers quick, unparalleled quality of service and people who care about their community.
Go there. They deserve it, and you won't regret it.

Beware of this Tire Shop! My friend just purchased 2 used tires there for $40 each on 7/16/24 & one of them was nearly bald. So she went back the next day to ask the owner if they could give her a better tire but they told her that she would have to purchase another one. Please take your business elsewhere, these people will rip you off!

Had my tire blowout near them, limped into their shop and they had me out in less than 40 min with 2 people ahead of me, service was great, tires were affordable, they had bird that was very entertaining would recommend

It sucks that I have to even say this because I have received great service from this place before, getting a quick used tire was great once before. But OMG I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone either, which sucks because I work 10 minutes away from here. Here is my exact experience…I come in for a tire replacement. Okay, would you like new or used? Used please, other guy standing next to guy telling me “used is no good” like I’ve been here and have gotten used tires from y’all before and they have been good for me. Then suddenly they don’t have any used tires available. I left immediately, went 10 mins up the street and got 2 used tires for less than what they wanted me to pay for 1 new tire. Please don’t go here, I know I will never again and I will make sure all my local Ontario,CA employees know to never be fooled by these places or have to deal with bad customer service and/or transparency.

Came to get wheels and tires mounted and left in 15 minutes. Super quick service and everyone was nice and helpful.

I needed an inexpensive used tire. Don Cortez had just what I needed and installed it promptly. 550 miles so far (Las Vegas and back) and no problems. I'll go here again if I need a tire in a pinch.

These guys are always there when you need them, super reliable, helpful and respectful. They have been my go to guys for about 5yrs or so and i honestly can't think of one time they disappointed.
