First line I went to I was told with a attitude she was closed which is fine but you don't have to be rude. You want your customers to come back learn customer service please. I just went to another line then the lady in front of me goes to the closed cashier and the lady ringed her up with no problem at all. Every time this young lady is pretty rude. Luckily the older Hispanic lady is nicer thank you for having excellent customer service & friendliness. 6/11/2024 around 6:30pm Euclid Ontario, CA location.

They are currently not hiringIt sucks to work here they give you minimal hours. Think 3-4 hour shifts, with a day or more between shifts.Poor management(higher-ups need to give more support/resources), with minimal training(less than one day), before they put someone on the register even if told you've never used one. They are consistently scheduling only 1-2 cashiers when they know how busy this location gets.Cashiers have to face upset and impatient customers because they refuse to give more hours or have more than 2-3 people at a time in the store for some reason.

Wow! This is one totally broken store. Hasn’t been recovered in a very long time. Everything is a mess and the store is very dirty including the floors. Only one employee on the sales floor the cashier with a line of 12. Spent my entire adult life supervising retail stores. Someone isn’t doing their job. This store needs a serious recovery team, some payroll, some employees and a store manager.

The store manager Nicole is the rudest person ever, I don't know how she got to become a manager but she needs to get fired. There are several complaints about her behavior and nothing has been done. Last night I saw a woman quit on the spot because Nicole was so rude not only to me and my family but the employee too. Not coming back until she's fired.

Decent place to shop for short term miscellaneous household stuff for cheap. The min cost is now $1.25 however you will get good items. All their milk products seem quite great for the price.

I'm waiting here for an exchange. 3 employees here, and no one can do an exchange. But a manager which is out to lunch. This is absolutely ridiculous. Manager Arrived very Rude !!!!!!!!

Surprised to find the best ice cream bars in the world, Magnum, for sale at the dollar tree. A pleasant surprise I might add.This store doesn't have the greatest selection but I always manage to find good Bargains and the staff and cashiers have always been friendly.
