I got a privileged to meet Amy and Nancy. I had trouble sending my document s outside USA and they went above and beyond in helping me finding the location I’m sending it to until packaging making sure my package was secured. They are really great employees!!

Most of the times I got my package broken, if it’s in a box.
Update: Another broken box I got about two weeks ago, there are two glass bottles inside (magically didn’t break). When shopping I try to avoid DHL but sometimes it’s up to the sender so I ended up had to shop less from those companies unfortunately.

I visited DHL and had a frustrating experience with customer service representative Victoria. She was unfriendly and didn't clearly explain that the process is now self-service. When I asked for help, she said she couldn't assist me directly and called her manager. He opened my box without explaining why, and when I inquired, she claimed it’s standard for all boxes to be opened when shipping with DHL. Is that true? I've never had my packages opened at UPS or the post office.

I had the best experience. I had a very heavy package and the agent that dealt with me Elizabeth was an angel! She helped me with my package and helped to seal it properly with the DHL tape. My first time using DHL at the Ontario location and I was having a very difficult day but Elizabeth made it better ??

well so far I'm not impressed. DHL delivery said tried to deliver but I have cameras and no one was at my house . second I will not be able to be at home to accept delivery as I work all day . so if they won't leave it on the deck how am I supposed to receive package . called every help line and cant get to a real person to assist. so I guess they can keep package.

I have had the worst experience with DHL service because I have been talking to the customer service center of DHL service from 3 days. Still my package has not been delivered yet. It has been 4 days but no parcel package is being delivered. I found my DHL service to be the worst service till date.they always said service will after 24 hours I was fully disappointed from DHL

terrible! alway late delivery! with bad manner receptist! the driver never reach to my destination but kept saying our facility closed at around 5 pm! the truth is our facility runs until 8pm everyday!and I requested pick up at their office/warehouse, it is said open at9 but no worker open the door until 9:10! I am the first one but they told me my pacel won't be ready until11:30! I said the cutomer service told me to be hereand the bad manner old lady said “the customer representative will be all around the world ,they don't know how we works!and you are not the only customer of dhl, we have no way to expediate your parcel”。how could you imagine this words came from a world famous express company receptionist!they are not deliver,they are DELAYer? the receptionist name is Elizaberth!
