we got 3 loads and 3 times our trailers got damaged. and 3 times we got deniels with a reason that they dont care. Customer service is badly sucks and they only know how to hang up on you. All good coments are way lie here.

We had $24,000 dollars worth of goods that were hot that needed to go from San Jose, CA to Boise, ID. Although they went through Salt Lake, apparently they were a little confused about how to get from San Jose to Boise, because our goods are now in Ohio, the day they are to be delivered. We didn't have a choice because the shipper used Coyote Logistics. Coyote, if you use these guys again, this review should go to you.

If you like a company with drivers that can't back up their truck and they go that extra mile and damage the crap outta your $2,200 piece of merchandise, then this company and their fair weather drivers that can barely keep their truck going in a straight line down the i5 corridor might be perfect for you. Don't worry, they will even go above and beyond to provide you with some of the most sorry excuses that exceed your expectations for bull crap too.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was in the middle of getting an account set up for our company. Before the account was set up, I had 2 shipments that were ready to get picked up, so I asked for a quote. The pricing looked extremely high, but they said there was a default 75% off discount for customers that do not have an account set up yet. I emailed them back to double check that it would be 75% off the quoted price, because that would have made it a more reasonable price. I was told yes there will be a default 75% off, so I scheduled the pick ups. The next morning I received an email stating that I had to pay by credit card for them to deliver the pallets. The amount I had to pay did not include that 75% off that I was told I would get. I was being charged about $1000 more then I was told I would be charged. I went back and forth with Alexis, who was going to be my sales rep. She said there was nothing she could do. I then asked to speak to here boss. Her boss Rocio also said there was nothing she could do. They were holding my shipments hostage until I paid this outrageous amount. It is unbelievable that they would rather rip off a customer one time for about $1000, then keep a customer that would ship multiple pallets a month. I will never do business with this company ever again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Appalling company. A shipment picked up on 8/25 w/projected delivery 9/4 has still not been delivered on 9/14. Company held shipment for over a week because of a "bad address" even though we ship to this customer with some frequency and they've never had a problem receiving their products (from other freight companies!). Called to find out the status and reason for delay and got a C.S. person who immediately said, "I am just coming in to this, I don't know anything about it and I'm about to leave - my shift is over." So far, the word is delivery on the 18th, but at this point who can believe anything they say? I note a number of bad reviews here and I definitely add my voice to those! Somebody should sue these people for false advertising....Dependable is the very last thing I'd call them!

We have two LTL shipments went through DHE in the end of 2022( It was the first time we had shipments via DHE). The invoices of both shipments had unreasonable charges. We provided evidences and after many emails back and forth, DHE still not remove the fee.
