This company is misleading and does not disclose any type of restocking fees. I called Scott Sweeney and tried to return a portion of tile which I no longer needed and they refused to compromise in any way. I even offered to get credit for my next purchase and the so called incompetent manager I spoke to called Jeff was incredibly unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. He hung up on me abruptly because he couldn’t handle the situation and he was obviously flustered over his lack of communication. These people are terrible to do business with and they absolute crooks. On the bright side I went to Arizona Tile and they are the complete opposite. Clean showroom, professional and friendly people and no restocking fees.

I don't know how this location is getting any business. The customer service is appalling. We have interacted with multiple different workers at this location, they are all equally rude and unhelpful. They promise phone calls back and go weeks with no response. They leave you waiting awkwardly because nobody acknowledges you when you go in person. We will be making our purchases anywhere but Daltile. There is no excuse for such horrible customer service.

All crew members are nice and fast. Entrance is on Jurupa St. Shipping office is by dock 53 and receiving is by dock 33. Alot of room for you to dock at ease

This has to be the worst location ever. Granted to show room is closed, but the store/ contractor department is open. The 2 guys that were there were awesome(only spoke w 1) but the older lady there, she was f%#¥ rude. The male guy even went on a different company site to assist. When I asked the lady if their company carried it she stated I had to have an account to purchase. I replaced I just spent $3000 here, please just sit there, it's ok I'll go purchase else where.All locations Anaheim and Torrance a** agents are awesome.... Glad I don't deal with this location. Thank you anaheim and Torrance.

Usually purchase my stuff in Corona and love the staff there but occasionally I need to go to Ontario and each time I have found them very knowledgeable and extremely helpful two thumbs up .

Had to return items and very happy they took the tile back not like one of their stores on Los Angeles who wouldn't return goods from another project

Updating to say I did find the tile at a better price than the Anaheim store I initially saw it at. And they contacted me after my review to follow up. I'd say just follow up consistently if you order through them. Initial review. I ordered tile and was told there would be a two week delay due to COVID (every businesses catch all excuse) so I waited. Called to follow up at the two week mark and was told another two weeks. Repeat three times. All in all took me 8 weeks to get my tile. No apology or anything. I honestly think it was never ordered till the third or fourth time I followed up. I really regret ordering my tile with them. It was a stressful experience and delayed my project considerably and as we all know. Time is money. I had to reschedule installers and move completion dates around numerous times. Beware if you decide to use them. Ana is who I dealt with and she had an I don't care at
