Pharmacy states it opens at 9 a.m. I am here waiting at 9:20. Asked why it's not open and the staff said they are working on it. It's Friday I guess everyones out. Take your business elsewhere.

I am a working father 13 hour a day and I can never get my medication from this place. I stop in at Fullerton location at 7a they don't open till 9a. I stop in this on grove location at 1:45p they are closed for lunch. Wtf. Your name is CVS pharmacy and your pharmacy closes for lunch. This is piss pour customer service. I'm pulling all my family orders going to Walgreens. I have gone into over 4 locations and there is s as always some reason there pharmacy is closed. The name pharmacy is in your store name.

Great customer service. Very helpful with coupons. A little messy outside but understand that's not their fault. Great employees. Frank , Paul, serina and korena are always helpful. Ryan at pharmacy is great too!

This cvs (grove ave in Ontario) recently got a new manager Denise ...she is helpful and friendly. However, there is an employee name "KOrena" with a long curly hair...she refused to help a customer and not a coupon friendly employee.. this is my bad experience so in my opinion, if you are a couponer do not come when she is working..beware

I've been with this CVS for year's with no problems during the pandemic they offered prescriptions to be delivered to my house which I like, but recently I can't speak to any one at the pharmacy recently I was on hold for an hour still no one I've been calling for a week and still not able to talk to a pharmacist I need answers

I was in line before two other women who went to the self checkout and Frank help one of them before I was checked out. I told him I was in line before both of them and he still went to help them leaving me to wait. I thought it was first come first serve so I feel that I should been helped before he went to help the lady at the self checkout. Also it was over an hour for my pictures to processed so I had to wait even longer. I'm not very happy today. Not sure why Hispanic and white people get preferential treatment heresy this particular CVS.

Incredibly impossible to get a prescription filled here. You are better off going somewhere else. I am out of refills. I transferred my prescription in in December. I personally spoke to the Pharmacy who said it wasn't time for a refill. Ok. So I'll wait till I'm almost out. I transfer it in a week before I'm out. No good. I transfer again when I run out, again no word. So I call. It seems my Doctor denied my prescription in December because I haven't seen him in a long time. December.. it's February and now I'm out of blood pressure pills. Cvs didn't think it was important to tell me the Doctor denied it 2 months ago. I could have seen him before I ran out had I known. Also, if you call to check a refill it's like a test , they ask what medication and if you forget and say the wrong medication , you lose, no medication for you.

We have been patronizing this CVS location for several years now; mostly for our pharmacy needs. Although it is further from home, the store is large and has an open feel. Parking is also a breeze. Regarding the pharmacy itself, the staff have been nothing but awesome. From the technicians to the pharmacists, they make it really easy to continue to come back. Regarding the store merchandise, they have the typical CVS over the counter medications and consumer goods. I have found, however, the prices are much more than some of the big box and grocery stores but convenience has its price. I also find it funny how long the receipts are. Must be worth it for CVS to print such long receipts with coupons to keep people coming back. Someday, I might actually use one of those coupons.

Received a text message a week ago stating my medication will be ready on Feb 4, 2021. Called pharmacy and they stated It would be ready at 1 on 2/4/2021. Then 30 minutes later they called and said it would be ready on 2/6/2021. I have never had a problem with this CVS except when dropping off and even though nobody is in line or waiting for meds it still takes them 3 hrs to fill. Really disappointing especially when they would not explain why it can't be filled today. They tried to blame my insurance so called my insurance and they stated it was already approved for refill. I am highly disappointed.

The CVS Pharmacy is very good. I particularly enjoy the people who work in the pharmacy department. They are very helpful and are friendly as well.

I pharmacy is so slow on top of that that the pharmacist there was so rude and me. He talked down to me. That's the last time I will step into that CVS and avoid any other cvs for that matter

If I could give less stars I would. Horrible pharmacy. Had my prescriptions sent here for convenance. Worst mistake ever. Lines are always 5 people long. Started my journey at 10AM. Back and forth between my doctor and them. Finally had my doctor call and talk directly with the pharmacist. CVS told my doctor 30 minutes. Walked into CVS 1 hour later and they told me they couldn't find my prescription. They told me they were waiting on my doctor. I told them no. It's been cleared up. Told them everything that had happened and even told them the "dosage" they were waiting on. Then was told ok I found it. It'll be 30 minutes. When I let him know they already told me 30 minutes 1 hour ago he replied I don't know why they would tell you that. They don't know our wait time. I replied the pharmacist on the phone told my doctor that. Head down said sorry but it'll be 30 minutes. I have other prescriptions to fill ahead of you. I know I'm not the only one getting prescriptions but don't tell me 30 minutes when you're not even going to input the information. Definitely transferring my prescription back to rite aide.
