Do not expect any kind of friendly customer service here. As a business owner, I thrive for customer service with a smile. It’s rare Ive received a smile here. Time to find a new bank.

As a 30+ year customer I have noticed the service has diminished severely. I deposit my paycheck and other expense checks from the same company for over 3 years now. I recently deposited a check from the same company for 10k the bank put a 10 day hold on my check. I called them 3 days later and asked them to release it because the bank it was drawn on said it had cleared their bank they would not and said it was policy. This is just 1 of several things. They are definitely not customer friendly. Avoid the headaches this bank puts you through and go somewhere else. I am closing my account here for sure

If I didn't have all my bills linked and had to change everything I would leave this bank in a second. Been with them 30 yrs and they still treat horrible after 30 yrs they put holds on 10k checks give me a break. Never an issue and they still do this. It's always a problem with this bank.

I have been banking with them throughout the years and the customer service has certainly gone down. In the "olden days" the tellers and people that work behind the desks would take time to greet me by name and they were much more personable. Now, they have odd hours and every time I have gone they are so slow! I had to walk out today because the two tellers were taking an exorbitant amount of time with the customers. I simply ran out of time waiting for my turn! I wish I didn't have to go down there personally.

This bank is worse than Bank of America! Besides having a hard time finding them (they are in crazy locations like hidden buildings) they do not not let you deposit money to accounts unless you have a account with them! Thank goodness I don't bank here because is bad... Will never return to this branch.

A trusted partner for decades. They've treated us fairly and honorably. As a business bank, they do a decent job of following through with any issues we've brought up. The only improvement I recommend, wish they had better interest rates on the savings and checking accounts. Overall CBB is a bank I trust.

Disclaimer: this not my bank so I can't talk about their services. What I can talk about is the rude teller who helped me with my deposit. The lobby was empty and she seemed annoyed. I'm sorry I inconvenienced her with having to do her job. Having said that I don't plan on returning and I think there are much better banks out there with better customer service.

Open a new account 10 days still no atm 3 days to set up online banking if you want to do a wire transfer you have to go in to a branch (in California only) purpose of wire transfer?? Pawned off to an assistant when asked for a manager with a very flipped like she was being bothered attitude. They should be wearing Micky Mouse ears because this is the most Micky Mouse Bank out there. Save the frustration and wasted time you will no doubt run into and bank somewhere else anywhere else.
