"I’ve been to a lot of cigar lounges, but I find myself coming to Culebra in Ontario more often than most, mainly because it’s close to my place in Rancho Cucamonga. I’m honestly surprised by any negative reviews—my experience here has always been great. The staff are super welcoming, and Rick, the manager, is really laid-back and helpful. They’ve got a solid selection of cigars, and you can either bring your own drinks or grab something from the restaurant next door. They also sell water and soda if that's more your vibe.
As for prices, they’re about what you'd expect for a cigar lounge. Sure, cigars are a couple $ more, but you’re paying for the relaxing atmosphere and the chance to enjoy your smoke in a great setting. Every business needs to make money, but they definitely don’t gouge you here.
If you’re looking for a chill place to relax, come grab a stick and hang out. As long as you’re cool, everyone else will be too. Every time I come here, I end up meeting someone new who’s always down for a good conversation."

I’ve been coming here with my grandpa for a while. Rick was so polite and helpful, but the last 3 times I’ve came in, Rick has been extremely egotistical and rude. I brought my friend for his 1st time at Culebra, he asked Rick for some advice on flavor and Rick had no problem talking down to my friend and being rude. Another time me and another friend brought a canned drink, other taller cashier was cool, helped us out and welcomed us in…. AS SOON as Rick got inside the building he started patronizing me and my friend, I tried to say we will throw them away and he continued to want to argue, told us to go in the back room and threatened to 86 us , we were just trying to figure out what we needed to do to have him stop messing with us. Sad to say. Rick is the short, bald p.o.s. That has made me stop going to Culebra and all of my family and friends who have been there will no longer be going in. F U Rick .

This cigar lounge is soo nice, great selection, and soo comfy to take a break and smoke a cigar, oh yea and great selection of music. Basically I love it here. I'm enjoying a Cuevas cigar now.

Honestly not worth going to here. AC don't work and staff is usually rude/passive aggressive.
I live nearby but I'ma just go to cigar lounges further away.
Also Cigar selection was smaller than what I've seen at some gas stations.

Rude short dude that everyone complains about at the cashier is selling fake Cohibas. They have Añejados bands on them and cohiba has never released an Añejado. Dude was taking cash only which is a red flag. Avoid this place at all cost

I really enjoyed my experience at this cigar lounge.
The guy at the front counter was very helpful with my selection of medium cigars, spent about $75 on a few nice sticks. Got a to spend a nice hour to relax in a clean and nice chair. If in the area come check this place out.

Pretty weird how they treat people here, cashier was rude and sarcastic, I was expecting a relaxed environment but the guy upfront was acting like a teenager

I'm not knowledgeable but love cigars and new to this. I am very critical about service to the customer, I didn't feel that in this place. I chose to come here because of the reviews but was disappointed. I wish that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I'll be nice with 3 stars. The cigar selection was good. The lounge was really nice. It was clean, and the customers there were welcoming and friendly. The layout was awesome, and the seats were comfortable and I could see how it would be easy to relax and enjoy your cigar. The reason I'm deducting is because of the way the staff carried themselves this evening. I am a regular cigar smoker and frequently visit various lounges up and down the state. This was my first time here. The person at the register I found to be rude and arrogant. I asked for a few specific cigars to be answered with an abrupt "No". Or if they did have a specific brand I was looking for, I was answered with a point with a look like I was dumb for not seeing the almost empty box tucked away in between 2 same brand cigar boxes. I'm reasonable and can understand someone trying to guide me to a specific stick based on a brief conversation as if I'm a rookie and I'm 100% ok with that. 9/10 I'll probably listen and will try it based on your opinion because I enjoy seeing what other people like. But there was none of that. I was there with a buddy to smoke a cigar the night before his wedding, and that was where he wanted to go. But the attitude moved me from the $38 Placensias down th the sub $20 sticks because I no longer wanted to do business with the person at the counter. Honestly I doubt I will ever set foot in that place due to the customer service alone. Once again great place, poor customer service.
