Made a payment. Went to wrong acct. Was told it couldn't be fixed in store even though mistake was made by them. Kevin is rep that helped at the time and thought is was nothing but funny when brought to his attention. Also name on my acct was completely different from what I had given them. A week later and now I have to file a claim for a mistake they refused to fix. Is that how this location makes money by putting it in bogus accts and pocketing our hard earned money. Looks like it to me. When you call to speak to the manager I'm only given name Lourdes who conveniently is only available Tuesday. Kevin and Tall male that was with him at the time need more adequate training on customer service. Avoid this place if you can. Pay online directly to the source so you don't get ripped off. Lesson learned on our part

Let me start with I was waiting at the Chino location and it was past 10 am which was there opening time and store was still close .So I decided to go to this location it was the best decision I made the lady there was so helpful so Happy there's still people like this Thank You So Much !!!
