We have been customers here since Dec. 2021 and have always paid on time. Had a complaint last year about water/drainage and they moved my spot till the area was dried up. Well today when I had to go to work it was knee deep. Went in and told them I was forced to relocate because of their drainage problems. They told us that we would not get our deposit back because we did not give a 30 day notice. This is unacceptable. Your place of business has drainage problems and needs to be addressed. I was a customer who was their 5 days out of the week not a person who stores my trailer and checks on it once in awhile. I believe this needs to be addressed with the city of Ontario.

I store my Class A motor home with Cox. The place is always clean, they have a dumping station and staff is professional. Someone is always on site ensuring property is safe.

We started using COX several years ago after our RV was broken into at a very costly storage facility and that company did nothing. We shopped around and found COX had the best deal with the easiest access and friendliest staff. They have continued to increase security and are always courteous. We have had zero issues with COX and will continue using them for as long as we have an RV.
