My family and I rented a room here this place is a joke. When we arrive waited 15 minutes before they help us then they tell us we have to pay extra for the dog we have , we pre paid everything week before now we agree then we finally get the room we reserve a non smoking room well guess what the room stunk like smoke.Then after they gave us second room and then full of trash and not even ready then they denied us a refund. They expect us to stay in those rooms . Please don’t book here is ran down dirty and not professionals.

DON’T stay there!!! Smells bad.Bed wasn’t even made correctly. TV connection died after a few minutes.Only one light in bed area and was overhead.Load road noise.

Wow okay where do I start.!!! First of all they are horrible here .. My family and I book a room here and pre paid the nights . When we arrive it took them several minutes to help us out , when they finally did we ask for a room non smoke area well guess what the room stunk like smoke !! I have a child with asthma, they gave us a second room that was not finished and full of paint and trash .. they wouldn't help us and said we'll wait until manager next day. We travel far to have no where to stay !!!Do your self a favor and not stay here or book at all !

I chose this establishment because of its proximity to the freeway (SR60), gas and the venue I would be going to. It's very conveniently located in this regard as well as to a number of restaurants and service businesses. The area is light commercial/industrial. Upon arrival it was obvious the property is undergoing renovation/upgrading (November 2023). Rooms were in various stages of progress. Check in was easy and the attending desk clerk was helpful in offering a discount (AARP) for my one-night stay. She seemed a bit dour but may well have been the noise coming from the roof replacement over the office. After being in the room a few minutes, I noticed a puddle of water near the mini fridge in the room. I reported this to the front desk and the in-room fridge was promptly replaced. I was told a housekeeping would come by but was helped by Karen, who seemed of some authority. In fact, she was all over the property doing various tasks - no 'housekeeping' in site. She was very helpful and friendly.My room (109) was clean and quite large; easily accommodating two queen beds. The LED bulbs were a bit harsh for my particular vision but illuminated the room very well. One bulb burned out over vanity was not missed. The king bed was neatly made and the mattress comfortable. While firm it was nicely padded. A selection of pillow firmness would be nice as all three on the bed were firm. Side sleeping was the only comfortable position with the pillows available. The stains on the top cover were off putting but the sheets were clean. The in-room 'dinette' table and two chairs appeared new. These were convenient albeit the chairs were too hard [for me] for any long period of sitting.The bathroom had a funky odor - like mold and cleaner mixed - but was otherwise clean. I rehung the shower curtain as it was improperly hung and slung over the rod. This is a minor notation. The property is older and that age is evident in the rooms, although adequately maintained. A crack in the shower stall enclosure prompted a quick shower. The ironing board, iron, hair dryer and in-room coffee maker are welcome touches. I found the coffee quite good. Toilette amenities are good for perhaps 3-4 uses. The large mirror on the bathroom door is also a nice amenity.I do recommend booking through an online app such as Travelocity for a better rate. I was given no other discount because of a Friday check-in and single night, even though the establishment was obviously not booked full (less than a dozen cars in parking lot). Also, the establishment no longer offers breakfast as may appear online. They do have a coffee bar of sorts in the lobby for guests.

I booked the room because I read they offer breakfast. Upon check in I was Informed no breakfast available. Smh. But other than that the motel looks like a budget suit.

This inn is a genuine jewel. The room was open and all around named, and the staff made a special effort to make my visit pleasant. The inn's café served flavorful feasts, and the spa was really wonderful. I'll return.

0 stars for this trash dump it says it's upscale and you will have a pleasant experience but no the front desk staff are racist and very unprofessional the jacuzzi room tub has no stopper and the water runs all night because the nozzle is stripped them we got locked out the room and front desk had a big fork trying to open the door I was locked out for a hour then I tried to talk to the front desk first thing she said I'm calling the police and you know that's a violation against black people to false report a incident and she locked her self in office as if she was being assaulted I got video of the whole thing and to make matters worse her boss chose to not speak with me after I waited an hour for her and she said I'm not racist my brother in laws black huh the worst ever I will mention by name the staff in my next review

DO NOT GO HERE!!
EVEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER THEY MAY SCAM. AND SANDY THE MANAGER STARTS ARGUING INSTANTLY W/YOU IF YOU TRY TO EXPLAIN THE EXTRA CHARGES THAT WERE TAKEN OUT. THEY OVERCHARGED US $400... AND EVEN WITH MY DOCUMENTED BANK LOGS PROOF.. SANDY DOES NOT TRY TO RESOLVE.. SHE JUST ARGUES! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!
