The clothes are great but the service inside is horrible. They are rude, they ignore guest, and they don’t have bags for guest instead they charge a steep price for paper bags. My recommendation would be to make sure a manager is working before you go in. Every time I’ve been the service has been so bad. I stopped shopping here and shop online only.

Nowadays most people are fake nice, but Ray was genuinely nice which I really appreciated. Thank you! on top of great service this Cotton on location also has a great selection of clothes at great prices :)

Strollers are not welcome!! I buy some sruff at the store but the lady on glasses with the friends black tshirr was really rude.. i try to move a rack to fit my stroller and she start screcaming.. doont move anytging!!.. i pay really fast and left

GREAT STAFF, I REALLY LOVED THE ITEMS THEY HAD! MY PINK COTTON TOP IS SO CUTE AND ILL BE COMING BACK! I've seen some of the other reviews, and holy cow! I can only hope there is new staff, because the customer service I received was out of this world. I came to buy my boyfriends nephews some tees for Christmas, and to my Surprise they had a few things for me! I'll be the first to say, I'm picky as hell. Like, REALLY PICKY when it comes to how things fit me, so I was pretty hesitant on buying anything especially when this store is not cheap. Long story longer, I bought 5 shirts for the boys, a pair of pink socks and a pink crop top for myself. When I went to pay all the women were so kind! Asking how my day was, how Xmas shopping is going, if I got to the gym lol just little things that were so nice. Besides that, my 15.00 top ended up being 7.00 I head of 15! Not going to lie, I would've bought it full price now that I love it so much! When I got home and finally out it on, dang! I should've bought more! I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED BOTH MY ITEMS ARE AMAZING! I will 100% be coming back!

This place has great deals, although, with COVID hours they close at 7pm now. I show up a little too close to closing I arrived at 6:40 and they had it all locked up already. I look at my watch and said don't yall close at 7? And response was "we have to close registers at 7" like what? I kid you not I did the same thing a week prior and they had the gate halfway closed still letting people in until 7. Crazy how young employees can just make big decisions for a well known company to close up early probably because they have plans or just want to clean fast and go home. You are a worker so work.

My daughter likes the clothing styles. It seems appropriate for teen age girls. They have mom jeans which seem to be in right now. The prices seem a little steep. $97 for two pair of jeans seems a bit much.

Beware!!!! very rude manager and staffs. I barely write the review unless is it out of ordinary. We were there with friends on Sunday night. I brought my 2 teenager age 13 and 14 years old. We were in the line to get in but after waiting for a while we got in, my hubby in the restroom at that time. After be there for a while my daughters ready to check out. My hubby waiting outside, so I told my daughter to called him and she asked the permission to staff that holding the line outside if her dad can get in and pay for her. They still have a line so my friend hubby inside go out so my hubby can get in. The staff agree to let my hubby in but when my hubby get in a few step inside out of the blue the manager storming from the middle of the store to yell and intimidate my 14 years old daughter, she told her is not right to let her dad in while there is a line outside. She said unless one of our group wait outside and she started to point of my 13 years old daughter that's stand next to her to go out. We explain it to her that first the staff holding the line let my hubby in because he need to pay for it, secondly we told her one of our man in the group already went outside. I told her what the heck she thinking to asked my 13 years old outside by herself without supervision????? She didn't want to listen. My 14 years old so scare with her rude words she almost want to cry and traumatized. Later on the other 2 staffs next to her gang up upon me to defending their manager and told me not to be rude. They don't even hear that the manager the one that started. Don't they got training to treat customer who wants to pay with respect but not traumatized under age children without even know the situation? To make it even worst they said I was yelling at her, she started first. I would never tolerate someone so rude with my daughters!!! Then they said they want to call the security to kick us out. Are they kidding???? I am ready to get out even before that. Who is in the right mind want to spend money there after got that kind of treatment? Unbelievable!!!!! I never been humiliated like that in my life.

Super bad customer service. You can't return anything if you lost receipt. I came today and bought four clothes for my son. I like return 2 of them back. They give hard time when they know i lost my receipt. I spend half hour for find my receipt to return all of them. Very bad service.
